HELP PLEASE!!

Hello!! Me and my family are extremely strapped for cash rn and I seriously need some money for basic things (food, gas, etc.) To make a long story short, my mom lost her job not too long ago and is still trying to apply for unemployment. She along with me both suffer from mental health issues (depression, anxiety, bipolar) and my mom seems particularly apathetic. My dad has a whole plethora of medical issues and is disabled and is on disability but those check don't even last 2 weeks. As for me I've been vigorously job serching ever since I left my first job roughly 2 years ago and I'm had absolutely no luck in finding employment anywhere. 《LIFE VENT》 - cw -

I'm feeling frustrated with life again. Why has it taken me 2 years to find a job that aligns with my needs??

I dont wanna get compared to my brother like last time, I don't want my parents nasty words to come true..I'm already in a debilitating situation as is and I always have been. I always ask 'why me?' Not to feel sorry for myself but because I truly want a fucking answer. Why has it always been me? I always felt "invisible" and I'm sick of it..

I've been showing up and advocating for myself and been going through lots of changes I'm doing GOOD! But why doesnt it feel that way all the time? Why do I gotta be constantly reminded? Why cant I just see IT. Is it because my financial situation still sucks and it's hard for me to get on my own two feet? Yes. All of it yes..I wish this pressure was never put on 18yo me to begin with. Did no one not realize how much I wanted to die in that moment? How much I couldnt take it anymore and I STILL stuck through it.

I hate being upset at the same things over and over- I hate feeling like I'm being "picky" with jobs when I'm trying my best. I hate fast food (always had and will) its overstimulating, draining and customers are awful- I want a nice desk job or internship of sorts🥺 that's I'm going to school for🤬🤬🤬 but again..why is it so hard- I dont want night jobs to disrupt my sleep schedule and I want something that's 20 hours a week ☹ why is that so hard to get? I constantly apply, put myself out there, redid my resume n everything. Interviews..not even retail wanted me. I'm going up against so many people-

I dont even feel like an adult half the time, I'm 20 but I feel less than that and it drives me up a damn wall. All I can do is try my best. Keep doing what I've been doing ♡ I'm not my brother. I am me💜 I'm showing up! Things will work out, I will hear back from the social worker and I will get a position I deserve.🥺

Today for now I'll be gentle with myself and focus on positives ~

I gotta do homework! Then after that lay in bed (I still feel sick) and look at the clothes I want :> I sent out more emails today so my adult duties are over. Took my meds >.< I'll try to not let it get to me!!

*TW* vent - emetophobia -

I need to talk about this wif someone I needs comfortt 🥺🥺🥺😭💜💕 sooo I just had one of the worst nights of my life bruh. I been outside all day yesterday so my sinuses were killing me by nightfall and while laying down this wave of nausea came over me.

My yawning kept triggering my gag reflex- also I had fatty foods late towards the day (alfredo and spaghetti w garlic bread hours apart) worst decision of my damn life and I should've known better not to do that cus that's exactly what the hell happened the last time- so I had to lay up right for hours and take deep breaths while sniffing peppermint oil.

I still feel slightly queasy but not as worse as it was before I just feel constipated and I want this to stopp😭😭😭 I'm gonna have some tea and take a nice warm bath today cus i seriously dont know what to do...smh.

Omgeeeesss!!! Guys I really dids it! lil one went out to the campus library and it was funn!!🎉🎉🎉 I read cute books and logged into my school page. It was so nice n peaceful

- next I'll be starting therapy again on the 15th!!🎉🎉🎉 my new therapist looks nice🥺🥺🥺 I cant wait- I hope to have a better experience this time hoorayy I'm so proud of myself 💜💜💜

Advice of the day:

Give yourself permission to make messes. Color outside the lines. Play in the rain. Get mud all over your shoes and clothes. Make a craft project and get glitter everywhere. Life is too short to worry about whether or not you're being super neat and tidy. We get it; it's hard to allow yourself to make a mess when you've been punished for doing so your whole life. But show yourself kindness. Nothing bad is going to happen if you accidentally spill milk on the floor or get mud and grass on your pants. Messes can always be cleaned up later. -🦋

《Update》

- my therapist was very understanding about the switch and said it was a honor to work with me! Hes glad that I said something because he noticed the disconnect too. So I should get a new therapist very soon. ♡♡♡

- then the social worker called me today and said she'll send me resources to help out my financial situation, I've been looking for a job for the past 2 years and idk what I'm doing wrong (like I said) so I'm hopeful that something can stick! 😖

- then I spoke the grandma and told her everything + opened up to her about being on zoloft and she was happy that I'm getting help for myself. Opening up about medication is uncomfortable because I dont want people to look at me a certain way😅 so it's nice to get that acceptance~

- then I hung out with minnie and new friendly stray cat my mom calls "midnight" I wanna actually call them vamp because the sweet kitty is all black, long face, yellow eyes and long fangs. So it fits!🖤🖤🖤 if I ever see them again I'll take a pic. I love hanging out w cats ^.^ petting them makes me so happyyyyyyYyyy

- also I plan on going to the campus library tmrw for the first time to challenge myself! 💗💗💗👉🏽👈🏽 taking my time to get used to thingssss🍀🍀🍀

Going for a (funeral vibe) today😓 jkjkjk , I went on a quick morning jog around the block to calm my nerves. I gotta tell my therapist today that I want to switch providers >.< I wanna work with a woman this time because I've never done that before😖👉🏽👈🏽💕 so he has to do a referral sheet. This is allll new to me.

I'm so scared of not being able to find one like last year but I'm keeping my head up high 😤 because I can always go somewhere else but I like this company! But I deserve to be paired with someone I connect with. (Current therapist) nice guy n helped me out alot! but too many miscommunication problems😅 especially given that I'm low on the spectrum, I've expressed this to him before. 10months of work is still a huge accomplishment esp since this is my first time ever being in therapy🥳🥳🥳
