My name is Valeri McLaughlin and I am an intuitive heart healer.  I help be connect their heart and spirit so they can live in their heart center and express their true gifts.  

I am passionate about helping people of all ages connect with their spiritual gifts.  We all have them.  Sometimes we use them without even knowing.   Let me ask you this have you ever know something and not sure how you knew it?  Have you ever did something because you felt it in your gut that you just had to do it? Do you ever just have to reach out to a friend or family member but you weren’t sure why but when you did they need to hear from you?

These are examples of you following your intuition.  To me our intuition is our soul’s gps.  Our internal guidance.  

I believe everyone should connect to their intuition more and learn to trust it.  I help people do this.  

This is for everyone not just people who want to be more spiritual or feel the call to be a healer or reader.  This for the bartender, car sales man, scientist, write and the possibilities are endless.

Who wouldn’t want to be the most tuned in versions of themselves? Here is why.  It helps us in everything we do.  Honestly, how do you think we have scientific breakthrough or how that server came out of nowhere to bring you the glass of water?

Before I started my business I spent over 12 years as a restaurant general manager.  Right before I left one of the managers that I had worked with for 12 years said I never seen anyone with intuition like yours.  How you knew things and anticipated things were truly amazing.  That statement stuck with me.  As I look back I totally agree with him and at the time I wasn’t really connected to it as I am now.

Think of all the ways connecting to your intuition can help you in everyday life.    Connecting with your intuition will allow you to get out of your head because you will trust the information you will be giving.  This will allow you to live more in your heart space because you will know your guidance is coming from a place of love.

I love my body.  I enjoy my body.  I am sexual. . I have to say that I didn't always believe those affirmations.  If I am being honest it took this photo shoot to show me that I believe these statements to be true.  I was never one to put myself down with words and not always with my thoughts.  I did have trouble feeling comfortable in my body.  It was like I was disconnected to it. I remember a time right after high school.  I want from a size 16 to a size 10.  I had let me hair grow a little longer.  I started to feel better about myself.  I even went out an bought some short skirts.  I wore one to a job interview at Harrahs.  At the time the were doing some construction and the workers were out.  Some of workers made comments hi beautiful or your looking good.  I was so uncomfortable that if I could have ran away I would.  That is one example of many.  No matter where my physical body was at through out my life I never felt conformable.  Till now.  I feel totally comfortable with my body.  I feel like we are one.  I realized my sacral chakra was blocked and I had to heal it. I healed it through energy work, affirmations, removing blocks and meditation.  It took time but I put in the work and it was worth it.  I am worth it.

Expansion

Over the weekend I  headed to NYC and displayed my art at Argo Tea at 75 University Place. I’ve been manifesting this for over a year now.

Art is my heart. I am an amazing talent artist. I have art shows around the world.

These are my art affirmations. I believe them in my heart to be true. In fact I used to say I have an art show but after that my 1st show I wanted to dream big. Today is another big step towards my creation. As much as I am excited I am also nervous. It feels so vulnerable putting yourself out there. The message I keep hearing this week is someone is waiting for you and by putting yourself out there you can touch that person.

With the love and support of my family and friends I am sharing my art with the world and taking another step out of my comfort zone. Like one of my trainers would say you need to get uncomfortable to get comfortable. Go out today and shine your light on the world. You don’t know who is waiting for you.

I’m sure you have heard the phrase “Love can conquer all.” The emotion of love creates miracles all around us. Love brings us joy and happy. Love surrounds us like a cozy blanket. “Love hurts” some may say. Love doesn’t hurt us. What happen hurt us? The pain of the lost hurts us? When we forget about the pure feeling of love that is all around us and within is us, that is what hurts. The truth is Love is the most powerful healer out there. When we send love out it heals others. It helps others to remember the feeling of love. We feel the love all around along with a sense of peace, joy and happiness. Miracles happen all around us because of love. Love is beautiful. I put love into everything I do wither it is cooking, walking or healing. When the signs just keep coming to you that is when you know are in alignment. My mom and I had to cancel our trip to California last week. We were going out because I feel drawn to move out there for a little while. I would see signs here and there about California but since we canceled the trip I've been seeing different cars with California license plates. Today on Facebook I saw this. Don't give up. Those words are so powerful. Don't give up on your trip. Don't give up on California. Don't give up on your journey. Don't give up on you. These are a few things that popped into my head when I saw this. When your in alignment you notice all the synchronicities. It is your intuition and higherself guiding you on your journey.
