The years 2020 and 2021 has been a difficult time for all of us. The spread of the virus made everyone locked up at home. The political philosopher 'Aristotle' said that "human beings are social animals" they can't live without being a part of a community or without socialization. I always wonder why he said that until now. we human are animals who have a reason, language and most important emotions which make us different from other animals. BUT living in 2020 have a troll on the human state of mind we are not only vulnerable physically but also our mental health is at stake. We have seen mental health as an isolated and personal health struggle but it is a public health crisis that needs a solution. Much needed attention to mental health was the first grab in the 20th century, Yet little is know about it to date. Before we talk about the Mental health crisis in the pandemic, it is important to know how we see Mental health by definition.
