So does Soundwave ever randomly shift between universes in your au?

Yes, the shifts are pretty random. However he has learned the signs for when a shift is coming and tries to find a place for it to happen safely.

When he has shifted into a different universe he is not in control of that Soundwave. It's a very intense 1st Person pov. It's one thing the thoughts of a person, but it's a very different to pretty much BE that person.

He doesn't have any control and it really does feel like he's them but sometimes there's some pretty big dissonance between the two thoughts. After returning he often needs a few hours to recenter himself.

When he shifting, it does just look like he's in a very tense sleep. He can be forcibly awakened but that usually leaves him even more disoriented then normal. Usually his cassettes just keep watch and let him ride it out.

Jeez Soundwave, you get to be a telapath and see into the multi universe?!?

Honestly this au idea came from the joke post about Cybertron x Soundwave i made. And I haven't been able to stop thinking about it.

So basically in this universe there's a bot chosen to be the planet's Sparkbond. These bots are regularly changed out and retirer because it put a lot of pressure of their sparks. (This is propaganda, most of them actually go insane and then die soon after. Cybertron is not purposefully doing this, it's a giant cosmic entity that doesn't truly understand the small ones).

Cybertron is able to see into the Multi Verse and is trying to direct it's inhabitants into a future that avoids the worst the Revolution/ Civil War that's coming. However, while it holds back giving it's sparkbond everything, it often still overwhelms them.

Soundwave was never chosen to be the planet's Sparkbond. He had be sent by Senator Ratbat to assassinate the bot that been chosen to be the new Sparkbond. While trying to carry out his orders Soundwave was chosen by Cybertron. The overload of different lives and painful and disorienting, however the sensation wasn't new. It was very similar to how his life was before being able to control his telepathy. Using similar techniques to controlling his telepathy he's able to center himself. He is still has to be careful not to overload his processor, but compared to many Sparkbonds before him he's in a much better place.

Now he just need to figure out to end?curb?redirect? the seemly unavoidable war. Act crazy enough that the Senate stays off his back, but still be able to do things. Kill his old boss. And get the two idiots, that the wars always seem to center around, to actually talk before 4 millions of baggage happens. Maybe do some self reflecting, but only if he has time.

How hard can it be? 🙄

I'm the biggest winner of the life series, because I literally love every one. I don't care who wins, I just want to see the little guys in scenarios 🤩🤩🤩

His main design inspiration was his ominous pyramid :D. And since he's the tank/healer he gets lots of hearts.

Main Color: Green | Secondary Color: Yellow

Weapon: Gauntlets (he's able to create shields and also heal)

Other Magical Girls: Grian, Mumbo, Joel, Impulse, Gem

His favorite way to heal is giving hugs. He does not need psychical contact to heal, but he claims it's stronger this way it's not he just wants to give hugs

Heavily influenced by her s10 skin, I struggled getting her secondary color in but I think it works well enough.

Main Color: Blue | Secondary: Green

Weapon: Trident (I can see it giving her an almost teleport like ability)

Main Color: Yellow | Secondary: Purple

Weapon: Wand (It is able to draw runes in the air to create spells. However Impulse wasn't really given a guide for what spells there are are so he's just kinda winging it)

So the wand to me is like a magicified redstone idea. It's really strong, but it can take a lot of time to set up. So he usually sticks to support spells, but in his heart he wants to summon the magic train to run the enemy over.

Definitely my favorite design so far. It was a unique challenge to create a futuristic look of a kimono.

Main Color: Pink | Secondary: Orange

Weapon: Umbrella (originally I was going to be a Sword, but it's funnier to imagine hime beating someone up with an umbrella)

Other Magical Girls: Grian, Mumbo, Impulse, Gem, Skizz

I imagine that he is married to Lizzie in this AU and she knows that he is a Magical Girl. But he doesn't know that she knows. So she'll say she has a crush of that magical girl form and Joel is proud but conflicted.

Man could just tell her, but he isn't the brightest

Magic Mountain Magical Girl

This time it's Mumbo's turn!

There's a few things I want to adjust, but overall I'm happy with the design. The main reason I chose purple for Mumbo is because he's a menace when he has access to End Crystals.

Main Color: Purple | Secondary: Pink

Weapon: End Crystal Bombs, he also has one those dog toy throwers to throw them because he has a weak throwing arm.

Part 1

Each design took me around 4 hours to complete, so not too bad. It did help a lot to do it on different canvases. I didn't keep hitting the max 26 layers, so that was nice.
