guys i finally did it, im finally out of the 170s!!!! im gonna be my first goal weight in no time, i personally think losing 20lbs in like 2 weeks is super good, if i can do 20lbs every 2 weeks then by the end of the summer ill def be my UWG (hopefully) anyways i also finished my first 2 day long fast which i think went super well except by the second day my stomach was killing me and i felt just super loopy and out of it, but im sure ill get used to it. and so far (heavy knock on wood) i haven't binged at all, but i think itll end up hitting me like a brick eventually so just praying that day WONT come lmfao... im finally also starting to see changes, like my face is less fat and my stomach has DEFINETLY gotten smaller and flatter, it isnt perfect but i think with enough hard work im getting there, altho i cannot wait for school to be done cuz lunch period is actually the fucking worst and now my friends are trying to convince me to eat cuz i accidentally mentioned that i hadn't eaten in 2 days. ill probably just stop eating in the lunch room and go sit in a teachers room or something. and my moms coming home tmrw which means no more having to avoid eating junk food!!! yippee! and and im renting a rowing machine (urg) out for the offseason (im on a crew team) which means I hopefully don't have to run as much anymore to burn cals, depends on how many cals it burns cuz running is pretty good at burning stuff. plus in august all my sports start up (by all I mean swimming) and thats like hella good excersize, i wish i could still be on my club team but i get waaay to much anxiety and its just not sustainable sadly. anyways, If youve read this far tysm for reading and ill see u tmrw!! byeeee <3333

sorry for the late post today, i started my run later then usual. also bare with me on this one cuz im not sure if its exactly accurate since my watch died literally as i finished running and so the workout didnt save (which i am so unbelievably pissed about) so i just used my treadmills "Estimated Calories Burned" number which was 704, hence the question mark there cuz idk how accurate that actually is. but i ran two miles then walked two and my normal for just walking is around 500 so it kinda makes sense? anyways i was correct, my dad does only want junk food so this week is gonna be rough, however i still dropped one pound today which is a win in my book, i think by the end of this month i will be past my first goal weight if everything works out correctly (heavy heavy heavy knock on wood) also i really wanna try and do a more then 24 hour fast but idk how ill get away with it, we will see hopefully on the weekend if i can make it. anyways if youve read this far tysm and ill see you tmrww!!

ok... ngl today was rough. like i wasn't even hungry most of the day and then my dad made this stupid ass burger and i cut it in half cuz i was only intending to eat half but then i ended up eating the whole thing and I couldn't find the exact cal count so I had to estimate for the whole burger. anyways i think burgers are my new fear food!! and after i found out how much cals it was i was essentially like "fuck it" and started eating absolute trash and i am rlly mad at myself, but then i burned it all off and walked on the treadmil for a little over an hour, and i didn't end up gaining anything and am still at a solid 171, which is still terrible but i've lost 10lbs since ive started which is something. tomorrow is a new day i guess. altho now im bloated as fuck and feel like shit, my mom is going away until thursday and my dad is lazy so we are probs gonna have junk food all week while shes gone which means i'm fasting so i don't have to eat any of it. i'll have to come up with excuses tho cuz idk how many more "the teachers threw us a pizza party" they r gonna believe lmfao. anyways if u read this far tysm and ill see u tmrw <3333

AND I FINALLY GOT A NET NEGATIVE!!!! which is like, go me!!!! feeling good guys!!!

okay so im not even gonna lie today was roughhh, school sucked ass and i was super stressed and close to losing it all day but im still under the 1,200 normal amt of cals so whatever, on2 the actual numbersssss

ok im honestly so disappointed in myself and so mad i wasn't able to skip dinner but my parents were right there and if they get suspicious that anything is going on then im gonna get sent straight to the psychward, and my mom is going away next week so its gonna be fast food every night which means im not gonna eat at all at school so i won't waste all my cals, because i went like pretty over my goal (less then 800 but preferably around 500) im gonna do a liquid fast starting at 7 today going until 7 tmrw which is a full 24 hours, and by liquid i mean like water and diet coke for energy but it doesn't have any cals just caffeine so i think its fine. i rlly rlly want to try to get a net negative so hopefully tomorrow that will be the case, and im so mad that i couldn't even get all my steps in because my goal is 10k but i had a doctors appointment and so i couldn't walk the mile home like i normally do. plus i found out today that im not allowed to run at all because i have a still healing fractured ankle, fml. anyways this is the end of my rant, if you read all the way to here tysm and ill see u tmrwww
