This is gonna be a FULL guide to enter void state aka induce pure consciousness through lucid dreaming. I'm gonna start from the very basics, It's also gonna be the way i induce pure consciousness through lucid dreaming (Don't worry, it's easy), but I have also provided other methods if some people don't resonate with mine. Let us begin.
》 1. What is lucid dreaming?
Lucid dreaming is an of gaining awareness inside a dream. Basically it's just being aware that you're dreaming in a dream, which allows us to control and mold our dreams into the way we want, and also opens opportunities for interesting things like inducing pure consciousness, or more commonly for shifting. Lucid dreaming is ,, extremely easy , and anyone can do it.
》 2. How did I lucid dream? (and how you can do it too the easy way)
Personally, I just get a sudden realisation or a feeling inside my dream that goes "wait, I'm dreaming". IKeep in mind i've never done any methods or reality checks whatsoever, I just decide that I'm a lucid dreaming master (loaasumption) and can easily enter void state through lucid dreaming, and that was basically it. I used subliminals, (if you want me to link it then let me know), but the night I lucid dreamt i didn't listen to any subliminals, i just set the intention. But yes, they helped me a lot I'd say, you can definitely give them a try. And yes, I've succeeded through this method.
Basically, all you need to is intend to lucid dream, whether that be by deciding, affirming, repetition or by your own method. Personally, I just decide that I'll lucid dream tonight.
What i do after I realise I'm lucid dreaming (and what you should do too), I calm myself down, then I close my eyes (this immediately leads you to the void) and I start affirming things such as "I am pure consciousness", "I am in the void state", then i enter. Its a guaranteed void inducing method. and IF YOU WAKE UP IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING YOUR EYES, then stabilise your dream for a bit by creating random stuffs or staying longer and exploring.
》 3. Other methods to lucid dreaming
If you don't resonate with the intention method, here are some other methods you can use:
a. Wake Back To Bed (WBTB)
Wake back to bed involves setting an alarm for 4.5-6 hours after you sleep. To be honest, you can use any alarm it doesn't have to be touchless. After waking up, stay awake for anywhere between 10-60 minutes, you can do anything just try to stay awake. After staying up for between 10-60 mins, go back to sleep. This sends you directly into the REM sleep stage which is associated with lucid dreaming.
b. Finger Induced Lucid Dream (FILD)
FILD involved setting an alarm anywhere after 2-3 hours. After waking up, lie down on your back and close your eyes. Then move your fingers like you're playing a piano and start visualization/ daydreaming (about anything). After that, your fingers will start to become less "noticeable". After 30 seconds of doing this, do a reality check like closing your nose and breathing. If you can breathe, you're dreaming. If not, repeat from the finger tapping again.
c. Dream Exit Induced Lucid Dream (DEILD)
In the DEILD method, you have to wake up WITHOUT physical moments. You can set an intention to wake up at x time, or use a touchless alarm for this. After waking up, remain completely still, moments can cause the brain to wake up. After that, imagine any scenario. Keep imagining, until your scenario has turned into a dream. (Your dream might exactly not be the same as your Scenario).
d. Mnemonic Induced Lucid Dreaming (MILD)
For MILD, set an alarm, for 5 hours. After waking up, try to recall your dream at your best ability. Identify any key signs that can help you know whether your dreaming or not if you re enter the dream. You can also use phrases like "next time I'm dreaming, I'll remember I'm dreaming". Then fall back asleep quickly.
4. 》 Things to remember while lucid dreaming
a. Calm down, getting overly excited can collapse your dream. Taking deep breaths help
b. Stabilise your dream by creating stuff, flying, or doing xyz things in your dream so you're properly grounded (Optional step, I personally just calmed myself down and affirmed for the void, but it can be important for some people)
c. FOR THE PEOPLE WHOSE DREAM COLLAPSE AS SOON AS THEY BECOME LUCID/ PEOPLE WHO WANT TO VIVIDIFY THEIR DREAM; I know collapsing your dream as soon as you become lucid sucks. So to prevent this, ▪︎Immediately start touching the ground as soon as you become lucid. ▪︎Start rubbing your hands together. ▪︎Yell, or tell your subconscious "I want clarity". ▪︎Keep your emotions in check, stay as calm as possible.
d. BE PATIENT! inducing pure consciousness may nor be immediate, it can take upto 5 minutes of affirming for some (usually not), but if you think you're affirming and nothing happened, keep doing it because I guarantee those 5 minutes extra of affirming are worth living your dream life.
5. 》 Why I prefer this method (and why might you too 😉)
Lucid dreaming is the most effective and guaranteed method to induce pure consciousness in my opinion. I tried inducing pure consciousness by relaxing and daydreaming, but i couldn't help but focus on my 3D a lot which left me discouraged, even after i succeeded. So I decided upon this method. This method will be extremely helpful for those who just suck at actually daydreaming without the "back of their mind" still focusing on the 3D (me lol).
This concludes our Lucid Dream guide. I might or might not edit it again, but if you have any questions then you can ask me! Now go live your dream life!

Guys, please read this carefully. You are not a human, you have never been a human! You are not the thoughts and not even the mind. You are 'looking' at yourself (the world) through the eyes of a human, but you are not the human. Self is just entertaining itself through a human. You are the whole seeming universe. Your body is the whole universe! The whole universe is your consciousness. You are every rock you see, every star in the sky, you are the fries you like to eat, you are your parents, you are even your favorite celebrity. You are everything you see. Every experience is just you. Every 'reality' is just you. Everything is just consciousness. That's why nothing is ever what it seems to be. Your dog may appear to you as your dog, but the source of the dog is your consciousness. Even the human body is a form of consciousness. Nothing will ever be separate from the real you, but you think you are a small person in such a big world. This is wrong. This only perpetuates the illusion of lack and separation.
When you become aware that you have a car, for example, and then ask yourself where it is in your physical reality, you create an illusion of lack for yourself. You identify with the body/mind that you are not. You limit your true nature. The false self is always aware of lack. Please stop putting the physical above the imagination. I've told you so many times that both are imaginary. Both are just forms of your consciousness. It is the senses that make you believe that the physical is real. But even the senses are only a form of your consciousness. Every form of consciousness is not what it seems to be. Only you as awareness are real. Return to the source. You will see for yourself that the imagination is the same as the physical reality.
It is just a shift in perspective.

Some post remind me of this quote i found, feels like punching me in the face because how i am still wanting… until now
"Desire disappears as you become more and more aware. When awareness is one hundred percent, there is no desire at all." -Osho
The more knowledge i gain, the more it’s complicated for me, and it’s like spinning all over my head, i miss the day when everything just simple as they appear. Stumbled upon subliminal, shifting, and other related things like lucid dreaming, or nonduality make it more hard for me to put it one by one(though i am not regret it), my head feels like flooding without exit. Even though my focus now is just only lucid dreaming, information or knowledge i absorbed related to that make it more difficult than it should be… really though, i really need a looooooong sleep without worry about whether if i can or when i can achieved my first lucid dreaming…
It’s true what people said, knowledge kills. Just make thing simple, that should do it.

Just remember this one story…my friend told me a months ago how she being stopped from entering portal to her waiting room by this ‘shifting police’. Like i told you on my previous post, she even didn’t believe this ‘police’ existed and just the produce of anti-shifter to make people demotivated or something like that to shifting. She is a natural lucid dreamer i believe, and she told me every time she tried to shift to her WR, she always being knocked out.
She told me what is she scripted in her WR, she scripted she find and have a lot of information in her WR, and know all of the secret of the world/universe, no S/O, crush or something like that, i honestly have the similar WR like her, but with a lot of food 🤣i always hungry for knowledge and what not. But when she told me what happen, i thought maybe because she is not ready for what will she discover about herself, or about everything.
Like the journey of someone who discovered subliminal, then manifestation, law, and then non dualism, etc etc. People who don’t know about subliminal or manifestation for example will strongly disagree and skeptical about it, and same as the others. Even people force them to believe, they will keep blocking it and stubborn about it, well until maybe the situation make them truly believe it- by themselves-and end up it’s need time to believe it. I know time is illusion but nothing good come from forcing anything.

Meditation but during waking life...
indifference + doing nothing 🫧
for the past few weeks, i have been contemplating this more, playing around with it in practice and allowing myself to experience what this truly means. there are plenty of quotes from neville and other spiritual teachers about the power of indifference, and how it is through indifference we allow exactly who we want to be to shine through.
but how ? indifference is much like doing nothing. and in the face of the ego, this is a terribly scary + uncomfortable feeling.
when you’re feeling anxious, or all these fears are popping up within you, or you feel that uncomfortable feeling inside of you that simply is so far from what you want to be experiencing… how can we do nothing ? we want to distract ourselves, put on a meditation to clear it out, repeat affirmations to push it away… you get the idea.
but what if, we actually did nothing ? just sat with it, and let it be ? well now what ? does that thing actually hold any power anymore ? nope. indifference starves the old way of being, it suffocates it of any air it once used to breathe, and like that, it falls away. it dies, so that your true ideal can take center stage. and all you had to do was nothing. in fact, all you did was just be.
so the next time you feel that bad feeling, that anxiety, or when fears clouds you… allow yourself to just breathe. to decide not to fight it, but instead to just allow it. notice the sensations in your body, the way your ego is urging you to make it go away. and do nothing, soothe yourself through it and let it be… because it’s meaningless, it doesn’t have power over you anymore. it won’t stop you from experiencing that lovely, godly being you’re here to experience. remember that those uncomfortable feelings are passing by, just something that is being released. and that’s actually pretty exciting, if you’ll allow it. :)

This is really resonate with me and i really agree with this one...Still hard to process but i kinda understand the point here (man my english suck). And really agree with compassion and gentleness thing.
I often asked myself if the time is really the answer of all of this? I mean i know time is just illusion but often something came up and realization happen toward something because of time, and it happen itself. No method, no tool, no anything, just.. its happen on its own, like we just need time to that happen...
I read the answer from one ND blogger that time too, some anon asked them how they realized all of this, have their own enlightenment, and they said they didnt do anything, its just come to them and they realized that...
That's why i think maybe really time is the answer...
for those who struggle
i recently got sent an anon message about frustrations surrounding the law, and how non-dualism hasn't made it any easier for them, but actually just more frustrating to the point where they're officially walking away from everything and wanting to just go back to live as they knew it before any of this.
the truth is that, oversimplification runs rampant in this community. as well as, hiding behind the realities of how difficult it all can be, because people are afraid of affirming that it's difficult or identifying with difficulty... but when we hide from this experience and try to come off as if it doesn't affect us, while simultaneously trying to give out advice, there tends to be more damage than good happening. the oversimplifying isn't the fault of anyone, as the truth is most of this is simple. but in actually living it, it tends to not be simple at all. the ego will fight till the very end to keep things the way they are, even when they hurt us. and that is worth being honest about.
when it comes to non-identification and indifference, this is not meant to be used to as yet another way to pretend something isn't happening or push down your feelings or gaslight yourself. i see these posts like, "just ignore the 3d and don't identify with it and you would have already have what you wanted" ..... this doesn't actually really help anyone, unless you're a person who strives on that kind of mentality. but i think a lot of people need a little more gentleness and realness, otherwise this journey wouldn't have been so difficult and painful. we'd all just get it overnight, but clearly, this community stays extremely active for a reason. because the million ways its already been explained still leaves so many confused and frustrated.
indifference is a daily practice, and it is NOT one that includes pretending something doesn't exist in exchange for getting what you want. it is actually, the extreme opposite. it's by acknowledging what's there... and allowing that to be what it is. the non-identification comes in from how you choose to see YOURSELF in relation to whatever that thing is. "this is painful, this sucks, i hate it... but that doesn't mean tomorrow won't be better for me. it doesn't mean my life is doomed..." etc etc etc. it's this very small flip within yourself, that actually leads to results. not trying to force yourself into believing you aren't even who you are when you've identified as yourself this entire life. remember that god's name is I AM, and literally nothing else.
and doing something to get something else is just... not it. it's time for you to truly want to feel better, regardless of anything else. that's why so much of this starts to get trickier than it needs to be.
non-identification is literally as simple as realizing... you are bound to no past, and you have the opportunity of every future you can possibly imagine. why ? because non-identification is literally just non-attachment. when you're not attached to this idea of who you were, of the struggles you used to face, you're able to allow in different experiences. and y'all... this as simple as being able to say to yourself, "i am allowed to experience something new" and don't let your fear of the unknown stop you from experiencing something new.
here's where it doesn't feel so simple though. how can you just stop identifying with this whole human self when the traumas of the past keep coming back to haunt you ? thats the thing. you don't just stop identifying with it. you let this be a process, a non-linear path to liberation. slowly, but surely, if you keep at it everyday, even when you feel you're only going backwards... one day you will realize how much more free you are. how much more easier it is to move into a new beautiful story for yourself, one that isn't contiminated by your past. but let today be today ! and whatever may come, let it come.
this is why just focusing on yourself is so helpful because if you're simply doing the best you can for yourself and your feeling state, the daily dramas are no longer your ruler.
the gag is that, the more you just do these small daily practices of sitting with yourself, choosing to not engage in the stories you used to identify with in the past, and allow new experiences to come to you... the more easy it gets, the more the truth of yourself begins to show itself on its own. you have to realize that the days are going to keep passing by anyway... so stop counting them, and just commit to yourself.
i also want to quickly note that so many seem to leave out the fact that behind all of this, within the pure nothingness that is also everything. behind our human identifications and all the things we have experienced in our lives, there is unconditional love. and when we actually begin to stop identifying so deeply with who we thought we are, we are lead right back to unconditional love. love in its purest form. so, use love as your guide when things get too difficult. it's the truest thing to who you really are.
you have to let allow yourself to experience the beautiful, despite how strange it may feel. because it's going to feel strange if you've never really experienced it before, and the ego is going to fight because even when it's good, the unknown is still strange and scary. and you never have to be perfect at this to get to experience the things you want, believe it or not. i know that i still have a long way to go on this journey, there may be much more time before i ever get to fully experience the promise in full, but that hasn't stopped me from experiencing the desires of my heart on a daily basis. that's because i used these simple things, these small little flips in how i chose to see life. even if the anxiety never went away, or it was a more difficult day full of tears... this is way more possible for you than you realize. if only you're willing to allow your life to be different than it's always been. just that small allowance, opens up all the doors.

hello i would like to give a little experience. happened a few days ago. keep in mind that i had learned of ND in october 2023 (i was a big hater back then lol crazy how it helped me more than LOA ever did), and only began to take it serious in may.
i managed to “minishift” (in reality shifting terms) to my old dr. this was after plenty of hours doomscrolling and being worried of my supposed life in this world.
i began to experimentally visualize stuff not necessarily from this dr but randomly. and i could literally feel it, sense it which led me to the thought.
a thought that “this world is malleable like a dream..” which im sure helped before i tried this.
all i did was have an indifferent attitude,. if it happens, it happens. who gaf. and so i set an intention.
and immediately i was there. with it looking like my moodboards/what i imagined it to be.
surprisingly i wasn’t excited. all i felt was “i shifted, cool!” it was like peace. like it was just natural.
i came back because it was an old dr.
now the thing about this is i am not fully realized. and i know that the only reason why it worked was due to me simply not being attached to this old dr and its expectations. i have observed this happening with other “manifestations” (like my moms cancer scare, etc) my real goal is my dream life but im too attached and its hard to let go. i want this no attachment type shit forever
right now im trying to stick to the “i am that” book.
my question is how does one investigate like the book states.
Hello and thank you for sharing! Yes I've also found indifference to be key, it allows one to let go and let it be. While still identifying with the character, the level of indifference possible depends on the limitations held in the mind such as attachments/aversions etc which can be deeply subconscious.
Here's something from the book Friendship of God by Neale Walsch that explains why:
Have intentions, but don't have expectations, and certainly don't have requirements. Do not become addicted to a particular result. Do not even prefer one. Elevate your Addictions to Preferences, and your Preferences to Acceptances. That is the way to peace. That is the way to mastery. "You can intend for something to happen without preferring it to. In fact, holding a Preference is an announcement to the universe that alternative outcomes (to what you intended) are possible. God doesn’t imagine such things, so God never has Preferences."
In other words, you can have a goal or desire (intention), but without being attached to the specific outcome (preference). You're open to whatever happens, rather than being stuck on one particular result. When you strongly prefer one outcome, you're actually acknowledging that other outcomes are possible too and that creates resistance. By having a preference, you’re subtly saying, “I want this result, but it might not happen,” which introduces doubt. God doesn’t see limitations or alternative possibilities. God just creates with pure intention, without any doubt or attachment to a specific result, because there’s no awareness of potential failure. So the key message is: not having preferences (just intending without attachment or expectation of outcomes) is more powerful, because it aligns you more with a state of certainty and flow, without the resistance that comes from fearing other possibilities.
Now onto your question of how to investigate. I know you want to stick to the I Am That book but for my own journey, I did not use a lot from his teachings including my practices as they didn't resonate with me (including his way of self-investigation) so my answer is going to come from what I do know.
I'll first briefly summarize what his way is though in case it helps?
What you see as false, dissolves. It is the very nature of illusion to dissolve on investigation. Investigate — that is all. You cannot destroy the false, for you are creating it all the time. Withdraw from it, ignore it, go beyond, and it will cease to be.
Basically from skimming the search results of the keyword 'investigate', his way is to investigate everything that you think is real, then see it as unreal and drop it by ignoring it and refusing to give it attention. This is similar to what 4dbarbie taught and is described in How to let go of Vanessa.
Something I want to add here is to not compare your journey to others, for everything including timing, experiences, progress and practices. What works for others, may not work well for you and vice versa. Part of this journey is finding what resonates for you. Don't try to force something to fit but find what already will fit perfectly. If you listen to your heart, it will tell you because it is your own Self guiding you. Don't be afraid to explore if what you've been doing no longer works for where you are now.
Anyway, part of my own journey was realizing that there were certain limitations/attachments/fears/trauma/conditioning etc that were so deeply ingrained that it didn't matter if it was real or unreal, I couldn't let go of them by simply ignoring them. Ignoring them didn't make them go away because reality was already given on a deeply subconscious level, it just kept them in the back of my subconscious but they were still operating in the background regardless. What resonated more for me was "What you resist, persists. What you look at disappears and ceases to hold its illusory form. You see it for what it Is. And what Is can always be changed. It is only what Is Not that cannot be changed. Therefore, to change the Isness, move into it. Do not resist it. Do not deny it." (this was taken from the Conversations with God books 1-3) This meant diving deeply into myself, directly looking at the causative thoughts of whatever limitations I had and seeing them as untrue or deciding to drop them so they finally dissolved. (Now I don't do this for every single negative or limiting thought that comes up, sometimes ignoring a thought is indeed the way to go, but I just go with the flow and do what feels right depending on the nature of the thought. I don't stick to one practice for absolutely everything)
And so I worked on them individually as Lester taught. It's also self-investigation into the mind but in a different way. I won't dive into it here because this response has already gotten quite long but I've addressed this before in other asks on my main blog and I'll link them here in case it helps your direction (just take whatever resonates for you): 1, 2, 3, 4
If it resonates, you could take a look at Lester's book The Keys to the Ultimate Freedom which discusses more deeply in detail on the how compared to what I covered in my answered asks: Especially Session 9: Mind over Matter, Session 16: Take Full Responsibility and Session 32: Realization by Dropping the Unconscious. You can get the book from Ada's google drive. Link is in the pinned post of @4dbarbie-archive

I had a lots of false awakening lately, my dreams even more intense than before, not lucid yet, but i end up understand what people said about you don’t need lucid dream to control your dream. How to explain it… it’s kinda like when you thinking about something in a dream it happens, something you want to happen, it happened in a dream instantly, but i was not aware i was dreaming, that’s it.
And the odd thing is, a few of my dreams happened in waking life lately, it’s strange and kinda freak me out. But in other side, i feel close to something, i don’t know what, lucid dream, or maybe shift or i am state, it’s motivate me a bit to keep consistent about my journey.

I have a friend who is a natural lucid dreamer i believe, because she have that ability without even trying but lately she told me she kinda should induce it for she have a lucid dream, she said she made a portal but something like shifting police (she even don’t believe about that but she always being kinda hold back when tried to shift) appeared, i told her maybe it was because something still holding her back, it’s her dream, and anything existed in that dream made by her after all, so i told her to ask her dream character next time she have lucid dream again. Still waiting for her reply though. Anyone also experience this kind of situation?
🌑 How to enter the Void state (Part 2) and shift reality
In this second part, we will use either lucid dreaming (LD), sleep paralysis (SP), or astral projection (AP) to access the void state and/or shift realities.
Tumblr media
These methods are not commonly used because they require practice and may be frightening due to negative hallucinations or mental projections that can arise in these states. However, here are the advantages of using them:
Simplicity once mastered: after gaining control, entering the void state or shifting realities becomes straightforward. You just need a clear intention and absolute certainty that it will happen.
Suitable for everyone: especially beneficial for those who struggle with the first method, providing a nightly opportunity to access the void state or shift realities
Flexibility between states: once you’ve mastered one state, switching between them to enter the void or shift becomes easy.
🔻🔻The key is to stabilize yourself before proceeding.🔻🔻
Tumblr media
My favorite combinations - Sleep paralysis → Void state → Shift - Lucid dream → Void state → Shift
Whether you use LD, AP or SP, there are 3 key principles to remember:
🔑Maintain positive or neutral thoughts and emotions
Negative hallucinations only happen due to your thoughts or emotions. Nothing bad can happen to you (unless you believe it can). At worst, you’ll just wake up.
→ To avoid negative projections : (1) Affirm during the day that these states are enjoyable and safe for you. (2) Before bed, listen to music that puts you in a good mood, (3) and during these states, focus on positive or funny thoughts.
🔑Stabilize in these states
Once you’re in one of these states, stabilize yourself before doing anything else.
E.g. In SP: don’t panic. First, stabilize yourself by staying calm and taking your time to breathe. Then, focus on the next step, to access the void. E.g. In a LD : If you miss the chance to shift (the dream fades, and you find yourself awake in the dark), keep your eyes closed and try to induce SP or astral projection (AP). Once you’re stabilized in either state, you can choose to enter the void, shift to another reality.
🔑Align Attention, Intention, and Thoughts
They must be perfectly aligned to enter the void, switch states, or shift realities. This may take practice.
Tips: Before You Sleep Take a moment to plan what you’re going to do. Spend at least 2 minutes clearly affirming your intention: which method you will use (lucid dreaming, astral projection, or sleep paralysis) and why (to access the void or shift). Also, decide which state you will choose to switch to in case of failure.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
🐚 How to enter the void or shift from Sleep Paralysis (SP)
Link : The method
Once you are in SP, stay calm and maintain positive or neutral thoughts.
Stabilize yourself in this state by staying still, closing your eyes, and breathing slowly and calmly.
🌑 To enter the Void state
Keep your eyes closed
Focus on the intention of "now" to enter your Void state: imagine floating without a body in total darkness, and confidently affirm (in your mind) that you’re already there. Repeat:
“I am now in the Void.”
“I can enter the Void now.”
🌌 To shift realities from SP
Keep your eyes closed
Acknowledge your intention to be in your DR. Focus on the colors and shapes that appear behind your eyelids, then:
Affirm firmly: “I am now in [DR's name].”
Or, visualize yourself physically present in your DR and using your senses (e.g., imagine waking up in your DR and trying to feel the sheets, etc.).
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
🐚 How to enter the void or shift from a Lucid Dream (LD)
Link: The method
Once you’re lucid in your dream, ground yourself in the scene without trying to control it. Simply observe the details around you and feel everything.
Once your dream is stable :
🌑 To enter the Void state
(In your dream) Take a deep breath, close your eyes, and affirm that [you are "now" in your void state] until you feel yourself there.
🌌 To shift realities from LD
Take a deep breath, close your eyes
Focus on your DR and affirm that [you are waking up in your DR]
Try to wake up with the certainty that you will do so in your DR, imagining yourself there.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
🐚 How to enter the void or shift from Astral Projection (AP)
Link: The method
Once you’re in astral projection, engage all your senses (touch a wall, smell flowers, feel different textures, etc.) to stabilize yourself in the astral world.
🌌 To shift realities from AP
With certainty, think that you will return to your physical body that belong to your DR, in your desired reality.
Tip: If you have a script for your DR, find an image of the room where you will wake up that matches a room in your DR and focus on returning to your physical body in that room, which belongs to your DR.
🌑 To enter the Void state
(this method may not work for everyone)
In the astral world, with your astral body, lie down on the ground. Close your eyes and focus strongly on entering the Void.
→ During astral projection, thought is enough to manifest everything you want in your astral world.

🎇 HAPPY SHIFTING!🎇

SIDE NOTES: ‣ An "anchor" is a means to remind yourself to maintain mental focus and lucidity. Gently attach your awareness to the something and allowing it to act as an "anchor".
‣ You will know when you have entered the hypnagogic state if you feel your awareness slipping from you/dozing off to unconscious sleep and you feel extremely drowsy, foggy, groggy - like you could just barely open your eyelids if you forced it and hard to think or form proper thoughts.
‣ It doesn’t matter whether you actually believe in your assumptions so continue to persist and don’t focus on the doubts.

And today the same thing happening, it was another different game you see, i never saw this arm band in this character, in their special outfit, and i was like wait a minute? Since when this thing here???? Did developers doing some maintenance or something to add this thing to the character?
I was convinced i shifted to this reality twice, but with how bad my memory is everything crumble like cookie, i believe it fifty fifty about me who really shifted here, curse you my memory...

I have a lot of things to write about my attempt to induce lucid dream, i start it from March this year, what a long time journey and i am still here… sigh..
Back to lucid dream, ( traditional method as MILD, WILD, etc i tried those sometimes, but lately i stick to SSILD when WBTB and yoga nidra before sleep, i always keep my dream journal too, you will be surprise how many log in my dream journal but no LD yet 🥲, and of course reality check every hour and sometimes i did ADA ( all day awareness)*correct me if i am wrong)
Tried, a lot of herb for induce LD but nothing worked for me, silly me bought 3 pouch of mugwort tea back then ( one pouch is 30 bag of tea ), the taste is horrible, who in the world like this kind of tea, even i like tea i hate this one 😭 drank it before sleep, no effect, drank it when WBTB, no effect, even i didnt get any vivid dream and my dream recall so horrible after that. Wonder why people succeeded with it…
Blue lotus, that one is expensive one and i just got a little flowers for quite of money to spent 🥲 not worked for me too ( i want to hit myself ) in the first time i drank it i had this really long deep sleep i ever had, like you just hit your pillow and close your eyes for one second and one second later you open your eyes, you already sleep for 7 hours! I am grateful for that one though, i never sleep like that before. But yeah after that first time it didn't do anything for me anymore, not deep sleep, not vivid dream or i even can't remember my dream.
After that, i don't want to tried the tea or herbs again, due to disappointment, and then, came these supplements…
Anyone maybe did heard a lot about vitamin B, especially B6 and B12 which coincidentally make people LD, well lucky for me because i lack on these vitamins (including vitamin D) and i bought it for my health too, i bought only vitamin with B1, B6 and B12 in it first but i change to B-complex ( there are choline in it so also need it for my memory, i had the most bad memory in the world if i can say it) so it's a win-win if i really did LD with it too but well… you know the outcome already. But one day i tried this B1, B6 and B12 vitamin one when i did WBTB, i did have semi-lucid(?) one when anything out of place like who in the world can pull blanket through the wall?????? Yeah it was me and i keep thinking it was normal to pulled blanket through the wall, i always like this when had ‘really dream-like scene and there no way you can witness an do it in real life’ and keep thinking it was okay, dam—- what an idiot 😭
But tell you what, after regularly consume B-complex and vitamin D3 frequently my dream became kinda vivid and my recall more better than before consume these vitamins. That's a great progress i guess.
And the recent supplements i just bought a week ago! Huperzine-A and Alpha-GPC! Sigh anything related to brain always expensive 😭 you guys know Galantamine? Yeah that one supplement also the most potent tool for induce LD due to people who review it on reddit, but sadly i can't bought it and you need prescription to buy it (and the price my god more pricey than those two i just mentioned… just why…😭)
Like how stupid i was, i consumed it both when WBTB, due to high choline in these two i am not surprised i was so sick and wanted to fainted after i woke up. Hard to falling asleep again but try to force it but i feel uncomfortable don't know why, and didn't get any dream, maybe because how high choline in my body that day, these two supplements work so fast like the effect will peak at around 10-15 min after you consume it.
I bought the 250 uhm mcg or mg(?) Huperzine-A i don't remember sorry ( i told you my memory is trash 😭 luckily this two main benefits is help with memory and cognitive) and uhm 600 mg Alpha-GPC 50% so you will only get 300 mg when you consume it one pill.
The question is why these supplements? Well, i can't explain it because i am not expert or really know, but choline is help with active brain when we are sleep, and like Galantamine which is for Alzheimer disease, these kind of supplements for Alzheimer found out to be effective and coincidentally induced LD, that curious isn't it? If you really want to know and curious search it up yourself because i can't explain more than this 🤣
Planning to using this for just once per week, because these supplements stay inside body kinda in a long time. I am out of method and kinda tired to always met with disappointment so i tried supplements, but it's also help my brain so i can't complain 🥲

Saying "anything is possible" is an understatement.
by Being_is_IT / Twitter
Q: Because it is dream-like, anything is possible. So there’s no actual problems, right?
A: Yes, anything or any situation is possible. There is no actual restriction or limit. But it seems to the Mind that there are full of restrictions and limits. Yes, no actual problems, but just like in a dream, there seems to be full of problems. This is the magic that only SELF can appreciate. Saying "anything is possible" is an understatement.
Human language can't describe this magic. It's infinitely more magical than you can ever imagine. It is so magical that it can appear to have no magic. It's so magical that insubstantiality can appear substantial.
It's so magical that space-less and timeless can appear as space and time. It's so magical that absolute perfection can appear as if it is imperfect. That's how magic works. The Mind complains that there is no freedom.
But this is exactly how unconditional freedom appears to be. So, "feeling in bondage" is indeed an illusion projected by the Mind. The Mind complains that everything is hard and solid and there are so many hardships to overcome in life. Although such feelings of hardships may appear to be very obvious, it is an illusion projected by the Mind. This is exactly how the magic functions, illusions always appear very real.
Otherwise, illusion won't be illusion. If you don't get what I am talking about, just remind yourself how real a dream plotline feels until it pops. Through continuous noticing, your innate sensitivity will automatically increase, there will come a moment you will discover this magic while the current plotline seemingly continuing to proceed.
