INTRO.

hello! my name is charlie :} I’m redoing my intro bc my old one is a tad outdated.

I use she/her pronouns and I’m bisexual! Most of my ocs are queer as well + a lot of my stories handle themes surrounding queerness (even if it’s not the main focus) I’m a hobby artist, which is what I’ll mainly be using this account for. But I’m currently in school for film production!

my dream is to become a filmmaker + and advocate for the respectful and accurate representation of victims of SA (I am a victim myself) to hopefully uplift the stories told by those who’ve lived it and help make film feel like a medium that doesn’t exploit these stories for cheap shock. it is pretty ambitious but I am truly passionate about this and plan to work my ass off even if I only make a small impact :] ❤️

on a lighter note! I’m into a lot of things but I don’t really engage with fandom culture, this account will be used for me to post my art + occasionally some writing and stuff I do with my camera! so I hope u stick around ʅ（◞‿◟）ʃ

(I am though a MASSIVE horror media fan, so I will also post my thoughts abt movies or books or whatever, a lot of my own personal work also explores darker/horror inspired themes, so general TW :})

Claire + Lester Newton

Claire was never fond of her family’s approach to more emotional matters, and being the eldest daughter of the family, felt it was her personal responsibility to break these patterns in her own life. So when her Mother called her one day to let her know they were sending her 15 year old brother, Lester, to live with her after an “attack” her mother wouldn’t elaborate on. Claire saw it as an opportunity to show him the kindness and compassion their family never showed them. And she tried, no matter how far gone her little brother appeared to be. So Maybe it was for the best when the two of them were caught in a freak accident and only Lester survived, Maybe it was somehow an act of kindness so she would never see the monster her brother would inevitably grow up to be.
