Well, I finally feel awake now. I had been struggled from a flu for around 2weeks. The flu was seriously bad😒 Of course, my skin got just very dry and lost its glow😔+ pimples and so on.. I had lost all my energy to do something. However, now I realised such difficult days have been meaningful to the next step of my journey. Because I was ill, I could have a real rest. Because I was feeling weak, I had to stay on my bed all day. Therefore, I got more time to deal with my anxieties in my mind. I think my body quickly lose its immunity levels when I am under stress. Thankfully, my skin reacts to my stress : ) With pimples, redness, etc. It seems like my skin tells me I need to get some rest and look deep into inner side of me to manage the stress. Since I got sensitive skin, I try not to wear mascaras. Without mascaras, my makeup looks more natural. I love #natural makeup 🧡 I wanna introduce some eye makeup products that do not irritate my skin and are very easy to apply. . The first thing I did for recovering my #damagedskin is to #research about my #skin. This is very #important!! Welcome to my #kbeautyblog 🧡: ) On this personal blog here, I would like to focus on sharing some tips to care sensitive skin that I have found from a lot of research. Some of the probable causes of having such sensitive skin for my case are my damaged lungs from a disease and 6months of a meditation. If you have been taking drugs for quite a long time to heal a part of your body, the other parts of body may be affected by that. Especially I have been stuggling from irritation on my forehead and cheek, and pimples on chin, and acne around my ears. Although I am fully recovered from a disease, I’ve got very sensitive skin since I was treated with the medication for 6months..
