Sweet Potato Waffle Turkey Burgers Not many things are more cool than sweet potato waffles, unless you add a turkey burger, pickle, goat cheese and lettuce! If you don't have a waffle maker (you really should get one...they're reedonkulous), then you can always make pancakes using a flat pan. Baked avocado chicken nuggets! Pretty easy...all you need is a food processor and an appetite! Bake 2 chicken breasts at 400 for 45 mins. Cut in slivers and add to good processor. Add 1 whole avocado. Add 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper Food process to desired consistency. Use spoon to grab 1-2 tbsp sized nuggets and place in cookie sheet. Neither can 90% of everyone else watching this video, so don't worry! There are a couple of ways you can get there and one of them is by adding this exercise into your routine. Go lower as you get more comfortable and even add a step box (12") and sit all the way down. Some day you can remove the ball and maybe even the step box, or even find a smaller object to sit on (6" or 8") before removing the box completely.
