Arcane Season 2 has other characters act as vultures to Vi's character. Arcs that should have logically been Vi's were stolen from her and given to others.

1) Following Vander's footsteps and trying to uphold his legacy and anti-war ideology in opposition to Silco's ideology? Sorry Vi, you don't get that. Jinx is suddenly portrayed as upholding Vander's legacy. The Vander & Vi's centrism vs Silco & Jinx's radicalism parallel set up in Season 1 is discarded.

2) Becoming Jinx's main adversary and arch nemesis, determined to hunt her down? The rivalry that was promised in the game lore and built up by Season 1? Nah, Caitlyn will be the main hunter and nemesis of Jinx for months. Vi can spend that time getting drunk, removed from the plot. Her battle with Jinx happens in episode 3 and ends with a wet fart.

3) Slowly realizing that she has abandoned her roots and given up on the Undercity due to being too attached to an idealized view of it from the past, and deciding to redeem herself by returning to help it in a different way? Which is also foreshadowed by the game dialogue ("Hey, sellout! One day you'll come back to Zaun.")? This arc is given to Ekko.

"I used to dream the undercity could be like this. But somewhere, I got consumed by all the ways it wasn't. I gave up on it. Gave up on you." - Tell me this wouldn't make 10x more sense coming from Vi's mouth.

4) Killing Warwick to set Vander free? Again given to Jinx, whose bond with Vander is suddenly given more attention than her bond with Silco or Vi's bond with Vander.

Vi is robbed of story arcs that fit her like a glove. Other characters get to pick her apart like scavengers until she is left with nothing. Other characters hijack her role as the main character and hijack aspects of her character arc. It's funny that we have Linke saying other characters were given more attention than her because he found them interesting - when the reason they are interesting is because they steal story beats that logically belong to Vi in the first place.

I’ve read a lot of LC fanfiction and not a single one of them has ever painted Ekko in a bad light. 

We all love Ekko, we just think that the dynamic of LC is more fun and interesting than TB.
