AO3 is an archive that you can choose to use if you want to. If you choose to keep your fic up and not delete and orphan instead, that’s great!

If you choose to delete the fic you wrote, that’s also okay. There is a delete button for a reason ya’ll. There is no rule that you are required to keep your fic on ao3 forever just because it’s an archive. It’s not that kind of archive.

People have a choice to do what they want with what they created. It’s strange to tell them to do otherwise.

Hi! I’ve just read Freedom and Forgiveness, and I’m totally stunned. All I think about is the story, the characters and what awaits us in the future.

I’m sorry for not commenting more, and I really don’t have a decent excuse. AO3 is not such a familiar platform for me and I just wasn’t used to comment there. But your decision to make the second part private has made me think about and I totally support you.

Being a writer myself, I understand, how feedback motivates and makes us feel happy. So I commented on the last chapter and plan to return to the fic and leave comments under specific chapters that made the greatest impression.

All I can say about your work - it’s a masterpiece. So well-thought, deep, good on physiology. And the plot is not on a fan fiction level - it can compete with actual literature.

Loki has been my crush since I was 14 (now I’m 24) and this fic has made the greatest impression so far.

I’m on my knees for the plot twists, and how every time I believed that we are gonna finally get what we want - something drastic happens and the intrigue continues.

Another “thank you” for characters and their complex, imperfect nature. They are so realistic and appealing, even when they piss me off 😁

I couldn’t think Steve can be so irritating 😅Actually, a great move, because usually this character seems flat in his own virtue, but in this fic he’s so real, motivated and has his own personality - that’s beautiful.

Now Loki and Reader make my heart ache and shatter into pieces. That is what I call a real slow-burn. I enjoyed so much, even if I can’t get over the idea that I want to see them finally together 💔

The moment when they touch for the first time… I was squeaking in joy. God, that was good. My heart still flutters at the thought of it.

You’ve done an amazing job! And I’m so happy that you actually didn’t forsake this fanfic, but determinately continued to publish. I would also be happy to read the second part!

By the way, English is not my native language, so forgive me for any mistakes that I made.

Sorry I've been so quiet lately. Lots going on in my personal life as well as the bs going on in my country. I was never really proud to be an American before considering how they treat minorities here (which I certainly am), but especially not now. It's a scary time right now. But I'm still trucking and will continue to write until I'm no longer able to.

To those who have sent me a message and are waiting to gain access to the bookclub or the secret ao3 link for F&C, I will respond to you soon.

And for the beauties already in the bookclub, I'm still working on chapter 15 as we speak. It hasn't been a fast one but I'm making some good progress now, and there may even be a teaser Tuesday this week!
