CONSISTENCY!
Nothing is more rewarding than your own consistency and hard work. I know you'll have those days where you don't want to do a damn thing, but those are the days that will make or break your journey. The days you have no motivation, find it. Search deep and go back to WHY you started. Every day isn't rainbows and sunshine. Every day is a grind. Stop making excuses for yourself. You are your own worst enemy. So get after it and prove yourself wrong!!

Update!! Choosing health as a lifestyle is a game changer!! Having the discipline to get out of bed at 5 am every day (even the weekends), crush every workout and meal prep every week is extremely rewarding. Not every day is going to be easy. The days that are the hardest are the days you NEED to have discipline, because those days will be tough and you'll find yourself making excuses Don't make those excuses, get the hell up and go do what you have to do! Get after it and change your life. Only YOU can change how YOU feel and grow.

Today's workout was rad🤙. Had to get in and out of the gym quick so I did a HIIT workout...enjoy✌️ 45 seconds per exercise and 15 second rest after each exercise. Do as many rounds as you want, I only did 2.
45:15 2 Rounds.
Mountain climbers
V-ups
DB duck walks
DB alternating snatch
KB push press
Burpees
KB deadlifts
KB thrusters
Hollow body rock
Mountain climbers
5 min AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
5 push ups
10 lunges (per leg)
15 air squats

A strong back is sexy ladies!!!
Okay so here's something small about my fitness journey! A year ago I mainly was focusing on my legs because every girl wants that ideal booty. I was working legs three days a week and WOW! My legs and butt grew very quickly! During that time I wasn't focused on upper body as much and I never really cared to. So fast forward to about two months ago. I started running again (I HATE CARDIO).....and what do you know...I injured my knee so that put my heavy lifting on hold and it's crazy how fast muscles go away. I stopped doing legs because it was too painful to even do bodyweight exercises. I just started to incorporate body weight leg exercises and it's killing me not to be able to throw some weight on the bar and squat! Squatting was my favorite exercise! Now that I am not doing legs as much...I absolutely LOVE back day! Women!! Having a strong back is sexy!!! Long story short...don't let one thing ruin what you have going. Find something new to love! Don't give up and stretch!! Haha

From today’s leg workout with my girl! I started using bands because I’ve been having knee problems (hints why I’m not doing the weighted squats). Make sure on all these workouts you are squeezing your booty at the top!! Reps- I don’t have a set amount of reps. I usually shoot for high weight low reps because I’m trying to grow my muscles right now! So if I had to pick it would be reps of 8-10 and 3-4 sets of each. With the bands I go for as many reps till failure but for video purposes I cut them short to fit them all in! At the end of this workout my friend and I did some body weight lunges! Enjoy!!!
