Ingredients: 1 tbsp olive oil. 1 onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 can 28 oz crushed tomatoes. 4 cups vegetable broth. 1 tsp dried basil. 1 tsp dried oregano. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 1 package 9 oz cheese tortellini. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Fresh basil leaves for garnish.
Instructions: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and saut until translucent. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute. Pour in crushed tomatoes and vegetable broth. Stir well. Add dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes. Lower the heat and stir in heavy cream. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. Add cooked tortellini to the soup and stir gently. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the soup and stir until melted. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves. Enjoy your creamy tomato and tortellini soup!

Ingredients: 1 tbsp olive oil. 1 large onion, diced. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 lb cremini mushrooms, sliced. 1 tsp dried thyme. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 3 cups vegetable broth. 2 tbsp soy sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed. 1 bunch kale, stems removed and chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. 2 tbsp vegan butter. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat. Put in the garlic and onion, and cook them until they get soft. When you add the mushrooms and thyme to the pan, cook them until they start to brown and give off their liquid. Sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms and mix it in well. Just a minute or two. Slowly add the vegetable broth while stirring all the time until the mixture gets thick enough to be called gravy. Add salt, pepper, and soy sauce and mix well. Take it off the heat. In the meantime, add salt to a pot of water and add the potatoes. Bring to a boil, then cook for about 15 minutes, or until soft. Bring water to a boil in a different pot. While the water is still hot, drain the kale and set it aside. After the potatoes are done, drain them and put them back in the pot. Add garlic, salt, pepper, almond milk, and mash them together until they are smooth and creamy. Put the mushroom gravy in a baking dish. Spread the mashed potatoes out over the gravy to cover it completely. It should be baked for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Serve hot, and if you want, top with fresh thyme.

Ingredients: 16 oz white chocolate or vanilla candy melts. 15 Oreo cookies, crushed. Candy eyeballs.
Instructions: Put parchment paper on a baking sheet or tray. Follow the directions on the package to melt the white chocolate or vanilla candy melts in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Crushed Oreo cookies should be mixed into the melted chocolate until everything is well mixed. Spread the mixture out evenly on the baking sheet that has been prepared. To make the mummy's eyes, put the candy eyeballs on top before the chocolate sets. This will help the chocolate bark set for at least 30 minutes. Put the baking sheet in the fridge to chill it.
