Projects are in Progress. I swear.
Hey ladies and gents that have either stumbled on this, or are following me, I want to go ahead and let you guys know that I AM working on this comic and the other projects that I promised some time ago. Since completing the Hunter’s bio post, I’ve been having ups and downs with bills and whatnot, and due to this, I can’t purchase a tablet for my computer.
Once I do, however, which won’t be long now, I will be straight to work on what I said, and am looking forward to it. Thanks for being patient with me, and giving the time of day, much less actually following me. Hope to see you on the other side.

The Hunter, Fallout Original Character Design.

(Backstory for the protagonist of a possible Fallout comic series I may be working on. More characters will likely see bios like this when I complete them. It’s one hell of a read.)
Name: Garrett Braxton
Age: 26
Weight: 240 post Augmentation; 280 present
Height: 6.2
Past Affiliations: Brotherhood of Steel, Minutemen
Bio:
Now known as “The Hunter” among Brotherhood of Steel initiates, Garrett Braxton was born in the Capital Wasteland some time before the Project Purity crisis into the Brotherhood of Steel, where he spent his younger years taught by scribes in a basic educational system. While a quick learner, Garrett's smaller frame as a child led to many speculating him for Scribe work within the Citadel. When he openly admitted to wishing to serve in Knighthood, no one was convinced.
Regardless, Garrett strove for his goal, pushing himself past his own weaknesses as a young Scribe-bound initiate and obtained his Knight status on a technicality. However, The Lyons lineage fell from power shortly after, leaving the mantle to fall to one Arthur Maxson, a young upstart of favored family name. It didn't take long before things began to go horribly wrong. Garrett was always a profound follower of the previous Elder, Lyons's ways, and Maxson preached a far more sour tone, instead preaching more Outcast based beliefs. However, many found Arthur Maxson in almost god-like status, and followed him without question, leading to the forced occupation of Rivet City, where the Brotherhood would find their nuclear generator for a new project; a flying fortress.
Garrett could not follow such a flawed Brotherhood, and soon defected, leaving out north, landing him in a small settlement laying just outside the Capital Wasteland's influence. The lands were a bit cleaner, and the air far less thick with radiation. It was here Garrett settled down with a girl he had met doing caravan guard work, Allison, and they grew remarkably close. However, things did not stay quiet for long. The two had known one another for just over a year before trouble came back to Garrett's doorstep in the way of a Brotherhood squad overtaking the settlement. The two were dragged back to the Capital Wasteland, but Garrett could not figure out why they would take Allison. Harboring a criminal may have been it, but the Brotherhood weren't necessarily peacekeepers. At least not anymore. All was revealed by Maxson himself.
Maxson had found a new enemy to rally the Brotherhood against. There was a far more despicable enemy to the North than any the Brotherhood had faced before. Machines impersonating humans in means of abducting innocent people and replacing them, working under a mysterious organization known as the Institute. Garrett found an answer to his question of Allison's arrest in a way he never wished, as she was one of the machines they had feared, something called a "Synth." Maxson had not only a defector, but a presumed Synth of the Institute under his foot, and figured it would be best to show the Brotherhood's stance on the matter by killing two birds with one stone. His method would change Garrett as a person permanently. Garrett was forcefully handed a loaded weapon, a gamble in itself, and was told that he would need to be the one to end Allison's artificial life, as it was only right that a "sympathizer" was treated as such. Garrett couldn't believe the situation he was placed into, stood up against hundreds of people he once called brothers and sisters, being forced to hold a gun to the head of a woman he was fallen in love with. Despite his resistances, Allison could only beg that he continue, as she knew that if he didn't go through with Maxson's order, they'd both die. She wanted him to at least have something to carry on. It took everything in Garrett to move his finger, it feeling encased in lead. One loud ring let off in his ears, and everything went silent. With that bullet, Allison, and all ties Garrett ever shared with the Brotherhood, was put into a permanent end.
After facing final exile, Garrett fell into a caravan traveling to the Commonwealth, where it was said that the Synth presence was strongest. There, he would find solace in a man by the name of Preston Garvey. Garrett admired the man, as despite how inhospitable the Commonwealth seemed to be, Garvey stayed by his message of helping the ones in need, and vowed to help whoever he could. It reminded him of the better days of the Brotherhood, and gave Garrett a new perspective. He would follow the same example, and bring his own help to the wastes of the Commonwealth. He would go about doing menial work, enough to afford a gun, and clothes for his back.It didn't take long before he heard his first word of Synth activity. However, this was different. There wasn't talk of machines looking like humans, but machines attacking settlements, stealing tech and clearing out any residents. This was the best lead Garrett could muster as to how to learn more about this "Institute." Soon, he began exclusively attacking Gen 1 Synth groups that had overrun settlements, his Brotherhood combat training finally showing promise. And in that wake, it didn't take long before the Institute, both the organization, and those who had once worked for them, to take notice.
Soon, Gen 1 Synths were not the only problem that Garrett would face. The Institute had deployed a new type of fighter for Garrett, a human synth combatant commonly coined as a "Courser." The fight left Garrett grievously wounded, but alive, and victorious. However, his wounds would see him die without proper medical attention. During this, he was intercepted by a very different kind of medic. The person in question had been an ex-Institute Bio-Science elite, once in charge of perfecting Courser technology in order to breed more efficient trackers. This man saw an opportunity in Garrett's position, and offered to help, under the condition that some operations be made. The augmentations were exceedingly painful, and Garrett was left almost paralyzed many times from the rather primitive operations on his inner workings, combining Courser technology with his own body, accelerating his normal functions to match that of a Courser. He became stronger, faster, and more aware than ever before, at the cost of severe pain, and the aspect of having to find more and more to power his new augmentations. As predicted by the Doctor, the Institute sent more, and in larger numbers, and with each Courser slain, Garrett's body only grew stronger. However, it didn't take long for the Institute to catch on to Garrett's little trick, and soon formulated a plan to attack Garrett on a much more even level.
It would be a year since Garrett began the operations, and he felt he had finally reached a point where he could protect people once again. Another rumor of Institute synth attacks came by him, and like any other time he rushed to the scene. This, however, was in fact not like any other time. Garrett arrived at the scene, and found one Courser. But this one seemed different than the others. This one was smaller, female, wearing traditional Courser garb, but brandishing a black full-face mask and helm which completely obscured her facial features.. Regardless, Garrett couldn't be deterred, and fought her as he would any other Courser. This one, however, brought a whole new set of moves to the table, ones Garret were not prepared for. It used a strange knife exclusively as opposed to normal Institute laser firearms, and had the ability to seemingly teleport short distances. This made the fight far more challenging for Garrett, as none of the Coursers before this one had ever used such tactics. With tremendous effort, Garrett was able to subdue the Courser, knocking the black helmet from her head. This proved to be the worst mistake Garrett had ever made. His defense sank, as did his heart, as the female Courser's face was revealed to be that of Allison once again. His hands felt as heavy as concrete, and his feet could not move. He could only look on as the Institute sent a pure copy of the woman he had loved to kill him. Lost in utter shock, the Courser took advantage, rending Garrett's left arm completely from his body. The pain was the only thing bringing Garrett back to reality, and after that, he became the forefront of a full assault from the Courser. Only once the Kukri Knife was wrestled from the Courser's grasp did Garrett finally bring himself to end his love's life for a second time.
He laid in a pool of his own blood, bleeding profusely from his wounds. He could feel himself slipping away slowly as a shadow appeared over him once more. The doctor stood over him, completely taken aback on what he witnessed. Before he passed out, Garrett could feel himself being lifted by something. When he awoke, the operation was already underway. The only thing left after his augmentations took on the capabilities of the Courser was her helmet and the Kukri Knife. Garrett took up the mantle of the mask, and soon lost all trace of who he was. Lost to anger, and a sense for wanting vindication, The Hunter rose from the bed, and left out into the cold lands of the Commonwealth.
