I feel like Bruce would just randomly call Alfred “Dad” and it’s the equivalent of the bat kids calling Bruce dad, it’s either he’s scared, hurt, needs attention, or is extremely embarrassed.

I can just see Alfred trying to talk about Bruce from when he was a teen to the bat kids and you just see Bruce running from his home office just yelling at Alfred to stop.

Alfred: “oh yes and Master Bruce als-“

Bruce, from literally down the hall completely out of sight, at the highest fucking pitch: “DAD NO”

I feel like Damian would have allergies, like he’d be eating something, absolutely love the taste of it and never wanna stop eating it, then next thing you know he’s next to Bruce panicking cause he has red splotches around his mouth and throat

He would lose it, cause what do you mean the thing that tastes so good is deadly to him? Why is Bruce carrying an EpiPen on his person for “emergency” reasons? Why does his brothers keep smacking the good food out of his hands??

It would be even better if one day he would be at the titans tower, eating food and all of a sudden the good food is in front of him, Dick is staring him down, but then he notices Kori glaring at beast boy and boom both of them have the same allergy and the same obsession of that food, it would be both the most amazing bond but the most destructive

When I was reading it got me thinking, do you think Kai has grey hairs at this point? I mean he’s been raising a literal infant since the age of 5 with seemingly no help? Or at least none I’m aware of from the show never diving into it (again not sure) but seriously he either has some now or is at least going to get them sooner then the others

Like how people say Kai’s dad was the fire ninja before him and his mom was the water ninja before nya

How Cole’s mom was the geo ninja before him. And so forth, imagine if Coles mom wasn’t the only geo based ninja, imagine she could only work with smaller rocks and couldn’t work with bigger rocks or ores (for example obsidian or diamond, or anything for Minecraft terms you’d need like an iron or diamond pickaxe for) until way later so she had another ninja with her.

He was able to work with the heavier stuff including magma, obsidian (which he’d carry with him due to being able to morph it like how Toph in atla does), and be able to just do everything and was almost the green ninja.

Imagine the only reason he wasn’t the green ninja was because his dad forced him to stop.

Now we all think Lloyd is green ninja because he’s the grandson of the first spinjitzu master but imagine if Garmadon was supposed to be the green ninja and was forced to give it up.

With Dick I used Richard because it makes more since to

Cassandra: "shining upon man" or "excelling over men" Cain: “acquired", "craftsman", and "spearer"

Jason: “to heal” Todd: “fox”

Bruce: “The willowlands” Wayne: “wagon maker”

In all honesty, great name choice on the creator's end because in the 1800s, wagons sold for $25-30, while large wagons cost double to triple that. So, it was a well pay if anything, and it’s perfect for the millionaire aspect.

Alfred: “Wise counselor” Pennyworth: I couldn’t find anything other than that it was a phrase that originated in Britain (the phrase is now rarely used due to nothing costing a penny anymore).

So I instantly thought of sky high when you talked about Kai, because in Ninjago they had to fight a guy with super speed

I instantly thought of the scene where Warren Peace and Will Stronghold go against Speed and Lash, where Speed circles warren and snuffs out his fire.

i always imagine the ninja to use very different stances regarding their elemental powers... kais is very much more hands on, "get out there" big motions, martial arts to aid with his fire, and jays has a lot of minimal movement, but very precise and sharp hand motions (kind of like lightning bending in atla) like using only two fingers just bc he has to be more in control than everyone else (which i recently found out is a canon thing!!!)

yes yes yes all of them have specific fighting styles with little quirks.

like jays little fighting quirk is throwing people over his shoulder for no reason lmao

but yes i agree!!! kais big fast movements, his focus in the fight relies in how well he can feel the air around him so he can burn it (since yknow fires burning air), cole is more hard specific strong moves, nyas very fluid very wave like in her motions, zane is a mix between cole and nya, and lloyds moves are mostly inspired from kai and jay!!

and jay is a mixed fucking bag. he unconsciously takes so much inspiration from others fighting styles that he can execute practically every signature move of the others. but yeah hes extremely precise, especially with his powers due to anxiety that hell hurt innocent bystanders or his teammates.

thats before skybound though. after he fights like a completely different person. what to others might look like his powers get out of control more often, what actually happens is that jays survival instincts take over the fear of hurting others. he has a much more of a kill or be killed attitude running in his veins. his moves are sharper, faster and you dont wanna get kicked by him. (he forgets he doesnt need to use as much force when moving his legs now that theres no vengestone ball attached to him). its angrier.

and it takes a few years until he gets his calm back.

also oh?? jay needing to be more in control than everyone else is canon?? do tell?? (i might be aware of this but it mightve slipped my mind so pls share with the class!!!)
