Just yesterday, Katrina and Brocoleen aged up.

Brocoleen did not get a makeover, but she is now an adult!

Katrina was an adult, so she aged up into an elder and got a makeover to better fit her age while still feeling like her.

Atleast I hope I achieved that, it was definitely a bit hard. And for now that's what's happening in the legacy. But the twins next birthday is coming up, so we'll see what happens!

So I haven't posted about my very veggie legacy in a while so here's the rundown.

Brocoleen had been pursuing Judith Ward before she was married and then is now in a relationship with her after she and Katrina both changed their romantic boundaries. This ended up with Judith Ward becoming pregnant(which was not my original intention but it happened) and she is now raising baby Egglin, who is not in my household currently.

Brocoleen ended up encountering Greg and getting bitten.

Then the twins had their birthday!

Aubrey(top) aged up into be evil, as I have chosen her as the heir. Eggatha's trait was randomized and ended up being Kleptomaniac.

A few days later, Brocoleen transformed very glitched, bit now she's fine but her fur became white. And soon after that Judith Ward turned into a vampire.

Aubrey Jean also got this teaching moment which is I think the most on point thing ever.

Hey while you're loving elephants: Denver Zoo has two teenage boy elephants and one Old Man Elephant named Groucho, and lately they've had the lads housed with him so he can teach them Proper Elephant Manners like how bulls raise teenage boy elephants in the wild. Bull elephants are apparently very into being parents but due to the matriarichal nature of most herds, they really only get to raise calves after they've hit puberty. My point is, one of the boys was being annoying and chasing rabbits so Groucho came up and jabbed him in the ass with a tusk, the lad ran around the enclosure crying then came back and did a lot of "I'm sorry I'll be good now dad" fawning and it was adorable.

OH MAN SEE SEE SEE i wish we knew so much more about how bull elephants interact with herds and families - we've documented bull elephants traveling to matriarchal herds and fake wrestling with male calves, and we've documented bulls protecting orphaned calves, but in god's name i want every in and out about it. everything we know about elephant social interaction is not enough. it's a Thing that introducing old bulls to a population lowers the amount of younger bulls in musth, also known as the state in which bull elephants desire nothing but murder and possibly sex, but - i want to know the precise mechanisms. old bull elephants teaching younger bulls manners renders me VERKLEMPT. i just wanna know every secret elephants have.

this is incredible though. peak teenage boy. groucho has his hands full and i fucking love him for that. get their asses, groucho.

Day 30! "Exoskeleton" Here is a lovely decorator crab! With Mermay almost over I'd just like to thank everyone for the support of my art this past month. Hopefully we can see each other again through my future posts and projects!

Day 27! "Oasis"! I'm early today! Using Oasis as a synonym for paradise, I thought of "Let us Adore You" from Steven Universe.
