i've just finished watching s2 ep1 of BBC Sherlock (where Sherlock realizes Ms. Adler has feelings for him so she created her passcode to reflect that (i.e. the SHER LOCKED pun situation))

and i thought to myself...where else have i seen this need of a writer to include a pun just for the sake of it and builds the entire plot around such joke...

doctor who of course. with the question "doctor who?" and the doctor's need to fake his death because of it.

and who wrote both of those stories? mr. steven moffat.

so please join me in laughing my ass off at the fact that the writers we all look up to are just like us. just people, and just nerds with a need to include an inside fandom joke.
