50g crunchy cabbage (13)
1 medium round tomato (17)
seasoned with salt, pepper, lemon juice, tabasco hot sauce and dried italian herbs
11g protein, 7g fat, 7g carbs
surprisingly very filling and less than 200cals!

homemade sweet potato mash with onion, garlic and butter (100)
seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic and onion salt, basil and parsley
Sooo yummy and filling, perfect for brunch!
Can swap out egg and sweet potato for egg whites for more protein for much less cals - sweet potato and yolk is too yummy though

Haiiiii 4nablr heres a tip - separate eggs whites from yolk for more protein for much less cals (basic and well known yes) BUT use the remaining yolk in a hair mask for super silky and gorgeous hair!!!!
