Did she have to say it in such a way? Perhaps not, but she found it amusing that it worked all the same. Plus, it does feel good helping others. Maybe there's hope for her yet.

Looking back at the pair, the gaze that Ceruledge was giving her was more than a little unnerving. There was a story there, judging from how the two of them looked. Ragged clothes, and a guarded pokemon.. But, it wasn't her place to pry. So instead, she'd try to engage in some small talk.

"You like letting your pokemon out often? You have any others or are those two the only ones you have?" Just to make it fair, she'd let one of her own pokemon out. "I never go anywhere without my precious Vuivui~ My others are resting at the center."

And like an overexcited creature, the Sylveon is going to sniff and greet the two following her.

...That phrasing was a touch on the nose, Amethio had to admit.

But, it did manage an small, amused smile out of him. That was something, he supposed, even if her desire to help did remind him of a certain Trainer...Someone who had rekindled a determination that he'd all but given up on, after all he'd been through over the past year.

And, if she was going to go to all of the trouble to bait him to follow her...Then, finally, he would let out a sigh and flash his smile towards the other. He'd gotten softer since that day he first met Liko...Maybe he'd thank her, once everything was finally settled.

But, that was a matter for the future.

"...Fine. Your point is made; we'll come with you. Come, Ceruledge."

Amethio finally opts to stand up with that, dusting off his tattered clothing as he moves to follow the rosy-haired woman. Ceruledge, ever the loyal partner Pokémon, was quick to follow behind his Master Amethio...Though, he did watch the woman warily. While Amethio seemed willing to give the other a chance...

"... ... ..."

...He couldn't let his guard down. Not yet. Not after all they'd been through...Surely, this busybody of a woman would understand Ceruledge's feelings. At least, that was Ceruledge's hope as he stayed close to his Trainer, almost like a shadow.

"Feel the way my voice gets un-der-neath your skiiiiin~"

"You don't? Really?" Genuine surprise in her voice, she wasn't aware that it was possible for any pokemon trainer to not know where a center was. "Well I could help if you want, I've got nothing going on right now. I just...like helping out if I can, eheh."

A cheerful smile spread on her face, most likely practiced but it certainly looked genuine. Though, there was something he said that bothered her. She just couldn't quite place why. At least he's not immediately dismissive of her. Something she was afraid he would be, given how serious his face looked.

"But if you say you're fine, then I guess that's that. Guess I'll head to the center myself. Surely no surly benchsleepers would follow a cute girl like myself." A very obvious bait, holding her hands behind her back and swaying as she started to head that way.

The statement came out in a flat monotone as Amethio quietly scanned the other with his eyes...Was she a Trainer, too? ...Most likely, if he had to assume. Either way, he knew he wasn't helping his case, considering he was still perched upon the bench with Ceruledge, who seemed to quietly regard the woman.

She didn't seem to be a member of the Explorers...No, they would likely have taken action by now, most likely. In all likelihood, she was just a concerned citizen or traveler, especially with the framing of her question. And, finally, Amethio would sigh and shake his head, regarding the woman with the same gaze as before. If it was safe to assume she was just concerned, then...There was no need to be so guarded.

After all, he doubted Spinel was hunting Zygarde's cells, or even held an interest in them. Not with his apparent focus on promoting those Laquium-filled "Strong Spheres" of his. He could afford to relax himself for a brief chat. Right?

"Your concern is noted, but unnecessary, miss. I'll be fine. If I need to move, I'll simply fly away on my Corviknight. Now, is there something I can help you with? ...Or was my choice of resting place so abnormal that it needed to be addressed?"
