im studying abroad in Prague and realized pride would happen during my lunch break so i went to go join the march and i have so many thoughts about cultural differences and queer community with language barriers and it was such a great time but what stood out to me the most was the Caitvi sex scene on a lesbian flag. question:

I’m in college and for my birthday my parents got me a kindle because I can’t bring all my books with me. The kindle lets me read ao3 fics and self published stuff unlike a nook.

But I’m feeling really about about supporting Amazon with every book.

I mean I’ll try and use Libby but there will be times I just can’t (want to read a sequel, library doesn’t have it). How do y’all deal with this? At least some of the money is going to the author still, right?

oh my god I love this idea. in no particular order:

Sirius claims he doesn’t drink tea (unless there is whiskey in it) but lets be so honest he probably does. It might give him bad reminders of Grimmauld, OR it might remind him of his brother. Alternatively, he loves it bc he loves stealing it from Remus to annoy him. Overall, doesn’t really care about taste.

Remus has tried every sleeping tea under the sun. Anything to help “cure” his symptoms, he’s tried it all. I feel like he’d really hate lavender though. People would assume he would love it and that it’s relaxing but he would be a #1 hater. Chamomile and English breakfast would both be staples for him, but once he tried some expensive kind that Regulus had and then got mad at Sirius for holding out on him.

Regulus would only like tea that has to be handpicked and is extremely expensive. I feel like he’d be a matcha lover and get REALLY into it. He won’t even think of touching anything other than ceremonial grade and he’d find the whisking really calming. He grimaces whenever he gets matcha “out in the wild” because “it’s not supposed to taste bitter” but really he kinda likes matcha lattes tho he can’t bring himself to admit it (it’s a crime to pure matcha lovers).

Peter would drink chamomile 100%. Or any drowsy/nighttime tea. He needs the calm to get through the chaos. His favorite activity is sitting in the dorm room or common room with a cup of chamomile while making the marauders laugh from retelling gossip he found out as a rat. He drinks it in between breaks so he won’t start howling with laughter like James and Sirius and those are the moments he cherishes most.

Pandora would love anything herbal or flowery. LOVES blueberry or wild berry or other strange flavors. She makes her own blends with edible flowers she finds. They are exquisite. She and Regulus have tea parties (Regulus demanded they tell no one) and discuss her new recipes. Whenever Regulus has a bad day she slips some in his bag. She’d do the same for the others but they don’t like tea as much.

James would make wickedly good tea that is so flavorful it doesn’t taste like tea. He’d make those chai latte blends that if you drank the chai concentrate straight you might gag, even the tea haters love them. Sometimes if he’s feeling fancy he’ll whip up some recipe like earl grey vanilla London fogs or some shit and somehow it always tastes incredible. He believes milk and sugar make the world go round.

Lily would try really hard to like tea and I think she’d like it more as she got older, and she’s prefer English or Irish breakfast, or perhaps something more flowery, but she is a coffee drinker hard core. Coffee doesn’t seem as elegant to her but she really just can’t stand tea, it’s too watery for her.

Dorcas would drink black coffee and would kill anyone who dared to put milk in her drink. During exams week she’d pour 5hr energy drinks in them while staring anyone who questioned her dead in the eye. She fights with Regulus over tea vs coffee ALL the time.

Evan would drink monster but at formal events or at dinner with his family he’s not against tea. Prefers coffee if it’s just for the caffeine and monster isn’t available.

Barty: redbull, monster, 5hr energy, beer, and when Regulus is pissing him off he chugs all of them combined and laughs while Evan holds back a screaming Regulus. Looks at tea like it’s a Gryffindor.



Which marauders characters drink tea, and which types?

i am so sorry but i wont be able to answer this question cause idk ANYTHING about tea 😭😭🙏🏼 literally the only tea ik is the one my mom drinks and tea in a context of gossip 😭

what i do know with certainty is that remus 100% drinks tea.

when people don’t understand why I eat lactose even tho I’m lactose intolerant, its like okay we get it you wouldn’t look back at Eurydice but did you ever stop to think maybe it was because you would never love her enough? Have you ever stopped to consider that you have never felt a love deep enough to ruin yourself for.
