Just realized I’ve been back in therapy for close to a year now and I don’t have plans of ever stopping again. honestly I may go for the rest of my life. That along with just aging has really made me step back and think about things and about who I was and who I want to be now moving forward. My counselor is the best too he holds me accountable, and has really given me better ways to handle things because I was seriously out of control in my life 2 years & even 1 year ago with my behavior and not taking things seriously enough.
