Could you maybe do some more headcannons with dew/aether and their s/o? The one you posted not to long ago where they’re cheering them up was so good! 💖

They’re the best yet worst couple to have a poly relationship with. They’re either joking or fighting. No in between.

shopping for furniture, or anything for that matter would be a sight to see. I just chose furniture because you need bigger sets for maximum cuddle sessions.

Going anywhere would with them would be like dealing with a pack of kids.

They love sandwiching you between themselves. It makes cuddles feel more secure, and the love that comes from it all is amazing!

Trying to cook with them around… is different, to say the least. Sometimes they want to try to help, but other times they’ll just be distracting you and it ends up being a big mess. It’s fun all the same though!!!

They both have different personalities, but they’re both very caring, sweet, and kind. You can come to them with anything, and everything and they would listen.

Soft Sweet Cuddles

(I’m so bad at story titles but here you go)

The couch you were laying on was comfortable, but you still couldn’t get out the chill that had set into your bones from the cold winter months in the church. You pulled the blanket up more on your body but it did little to help, your body shivering as your eyes closed to try and sleep.

Aether walked into the quiet common room, spotting you on the couch looking very cold and very upset. He silently walked over, kneeling next to the couch and reached his hands out to you, startling you for a second.

“Aether-what are you doing?” You asked, the warm hands of the ghoul felt nice, the warmth seeping into your body where they touched your arms.

“Well I was looking for somewhere quiet to take a nap but I saw you and you looked really cold. Do you think maybe we could cuddle?”

You wasted no time in responding with a “yes”, the large ghoul smiling before he picked you up with ease and laid down on the couch, settling you on top of his warm body. Your head settled on his thick chest, his arms wrapping around you to spread more warmth.

“Better?” He asked, fixing your blanket to cover the both of you.

You snuggled into him more, humming in approval. He chuckled at your reaction before you felt him start purring lowly, like some big cat.

About 20 minutes later Mountain entered the quiet common room, a purr rumbling deep in him at the sight of you and Aether cuddling on the couch. He also approached quietly, a gentle hand coming up to brush your hair behind your ear. It sent a chill down your spine at the slight contact, your eyes opening to see who was touching you.

“Mountain? What are you doing here?”

His low purring ceased while he spoke, “I was looking for a place to nap but I saw you and Aether here, cuddling.”

“Did…you want to join? I’m still kinda cold even with Mr. Space Heater here.”

Mountain nodded, leaving you to wonder how you were going to fit another body on the couch.

Aether, having been fully awoken from his sleepy haze noticed the problem as well.

“We could go to my room, the bed’s pretty big and we’d all fit nicely.”

“Okay.” You agreed and were promptly picked up by Mountain, blanket and all, and pulled close as he began his trip to Aether’s room. Aether followed close behind trying to keep up with the long strides the tallest ghoul was taking.

“You both have seemed pretty keen on cuddling me lately, why’s that?”

“It’s the dead of winter, love, and us ghouls think it’d be selfish not to share the natural warmth we have.” Aether answered

“I get that, but why me, specifically with you two?”

“The other siblings of sin don’t just want platonic cuddling, they usually want to for five minutes and then they just want sex.” Mountain said.

“I have sex with you guys, what’s the difference?”

Aether spoke up this time, “it feels different with you. The siblings that actually ask us usually only want us for sex and it gets a little redundant sometimes. With you we feel like you listen to us and care for us more than just doing things we like during sex.”

“You make us feel happy because we make you happy. You feel like one of us with how much you’re involved in ghoul habits. Hell, I’m surprised you haven’t sprouted horns and a tail yet with how much time you spend with us.” Mountain added.

The three of you arrived at Aether’s room, quickly stepping inside and closing the door before you were brought to the bed. Aether has taken his shoes, tie, shirt and pants off, leaving him in his boxers and socks.

“You look ridiculous.” You laughed as Mountain set you on the bed so he could also remove clothes. You pulled your shoes and socks off, watching Aether take his socks off out of the corner of your eye, then pulled off your hoodie that you’d been wearing to try and combat the cold. You were left in a t-shirt and leggings, cuddling up to Aether as he settled under the blankets of his bed, now in a pair of sweatpants. Mountain joined the two of you a moment later, in a similar state of undress as Aether. He cuddled up behind you, one of his arms curling around your stomach and one of his legs crossing over your leg that was most pressed to the bed.

Mountain made a sort of chirping noise directed at you and you turned your head toward him for a moment.

“Warm?” He asked softly.

“Yeah.”

The three of you laid like that for a while, in complete comfort. So much so that you were nearly drifted to sleep when another ghoul softly knocked on the door, soft chirping coming from behind it. It was Rain, who slowly opened the door and peeked in.

“Come in, Rain. Are you cold?” Aether asked, keeping his voice low so you wouldn’t wake more than you did at the sound of Rain chirping. The water ghoul crossed the room swiftly as he nodded in response to Aether’s question.

He removed his shoes, button up shirt and suspenders, leaving him in his socks, pants and undershirt.

“Are you sure I can join? You all look so comfy already…” Rain said timidly at the last moment, doubting his own actions.

“Nonsense, there’s plenty of room in here.” Mountain lifted the blanket a bit, letting Rain crawl under it and between you and the tall ghoul. His hands were cold when they first touched you, but were beginning to be warmed up when he wrapped his arms around you and rest his hands on your stomach. Mountain made sure he was still touching you as well while he was pressed against Rain’s back, one of his hands holding the shorter ghoul and the other one coming up to your head to massage your scalp.

Rain was quick to fall asleep after you’d drifted off, followed by Mountain who was purring deeply, then Aether who was smiling softly at all of you.

So I hope you enjoy this little one shot deal, I’m not so versed in writing angst and I tried my best. Also sorry it took so long to get this out 😅.

He honestly didn’t know what he did wrong in the first place. Ghouls that aren’t mated for life will often have more than one partner so when Dew sought the company of another sibling of sin while you were away doing a lot of work for Papa Nihil, he had no idea what your reaction would be since he thought it was okay. But to you, it was terrible. You’d never imagine yourself with anyone else but him. You tried so hard to express it in the past but were nervous about scaring him off with commitment that you didn’t know if he was ready for.

You found him and another sibling of sin tangled up in each other on the bed you both shared, the bed that you gave up your whole room for. The bed that you could bear the thought of sleeping in again at the sight you were seeing.

Dew finally noticed your presence and smiled as if he hadn’t just had sex with someone that wasn’t you. You’d stuttered in shock at what to say to him but could only muster out “how could you?” before you backed out of the room and ran down the hall.

You nearly ran into Mountain and apologized profusely as tears ran down your face. He asked what was wrong, and all you could get out was “he cheated on me, how could he cheat on me?” Mountain asked who, and you managed to tell him.

“You’re not mated, does he know what he did?”

“I don’t know what you mean?” You asked.

Just as he was about to explain, Dew rounded the corner looking disheveled. He called your name and ran up to you, where you were sat on a bench in the hall. Mountain said something to him in ghoulish before walking away in the direction he’d originally been walking.

“What happened, why did you run from our room like that?” He asked, concern on his face.

“You-you were in bed with another sibling of sin, you were cheating on me.”

“What?”

“Dew, I thought it was just you and I together-I’ve been trying so hard to tell you but I guess I’m not good enough.” You hung your head, looking at the floor between your feet.

“Good enough? What are you talking about? And cheating?”

“Dew you were in bed with someone else, I thought it was just us together.”

It seemed to dawn on the ghoul what you meant.

“Oh,” this time he hung his head, “I never meant to, I’m just so used to how things are down in hell that I forgot how it would affect others. I feel terrible that I hurt you.” He was kneeling in front of you now, his hands hesitantly hovering over your knees.

“Do ghouls not take one partner?”

“In a lot of cases, yes, but only if they’re mated.”

“Did you not want to mate me?”

Dew’s eyes widened and his cheeks reddened a bit.

“Well I’ve never really thought about it, I didn’t think anyone wanted a smaller ghoul like myself.”

“I do. I love you just the way you are, Dew.”

He seemed shocked at your answer, hoping with all of his heart that you were telling the truth.

“I-even after I hurt you?” He asked.

“I’d wanted to be with you forever for a long time.”

“Then I swear I’ll make it up to you. I’ll do whatever it takes to make you forgive me. Please give me that chance.”

You nodded, your hands coming to his shoulders to bring him up to you for a hug.

“I love you so much, I’m so sorry that it took this for me to figure it out.”

I’ve been feeling really sad and alone today, could I maybe get some Aether and Dew cheering up their fav human? (Both at the same time together, like same person with both of them?)

Sorry this took so long to get out, I hope you’re feeling better love! (Actually was just talking to @crazycatwitchsblogsstuff about something like this yesterday so I guess it’s good I waited. It gave me more inspiration!)

They’d both be pretty cuddly when you were feeling upset.

Aether’s elemental powers help him to sense when you’re not in the best of moods (whether it be stressed, sad, anxious, etc), whether you tell him or not, he’ll know. He’ll let Dewdrop that he knows you’re upset, and that he wants to make you feel better!

Copia: if it’s any other ghoul than Aether he’ll just simply correct you, but if it’s Aether he’ll ask you your opinion on the large ghoul between the sheets. Don’t be surprised if the next time you see Aether the ghoul blushes a bit.

English, first and foremost. I took Spanish in school from about 6th grade to 8th grade and had terrible teachers that weren’t even fluent in it. But then I took it from 10th grade to my senior year in high school and my first semester of college and I learned a lot. I’m not fluent but I understand a lot of it. I also took French for a year and did some Russian and Italian on the side that I’d like to get back into. I’d like to be able to speak more than one language fluently and it’s going to take a lot of work
