Ryan quietly followed Olivia and sat down next to her. He didn’t know much about her relationship with Alex; only what their mutual friends had told him. It wasn’t that he wasn’t curious about it, it was just that he figured he was better off not knowing. But it was different now.

By the time she was done speaking, he’d turned to face her and a deep frown had settled on his face. “I’m sorry, Livia…” That must’ve been hard. She’d been betrayed not only by the man she was supposed to marry but also by her best friend. And now, her ex wanted her back so her reaction was completely understandable. He rubbed her back gently, hoping to provide comfort as he processed the whole story. “That’s… that’s really fucked up”.

This was the problem with her, this was what happened whenever she had to confront someone. Sometimes it got so bad that she felt sick, not now, though, but she was shaking. "I uh... yeah..." she agreed before looking for a bench and then guided him there. Olivia took a seat, exhaling tiredly. She took a moment to gather her thoughts. "I met Alex when we were both in college... he was so charming, too popular, it just never made sense, but somehow we made it work, I guess" she explained.

"We both did our residencies in the same hospital, of course he became the star of cardiology... we got engaged after three years of dating" she then added. "The day after our engagement, I arrived home and he was having sex with my best friend... who also worked in the same hospital".

His eyes twinkled as he looked down at her. His entire body was humming with anticipation. The tension between them had reached a peak now that it was just the two of them and although, he was enjoying it, Alexis was looking forward to the moment they’d actually give in. He set the wine down on the nearest surface and cupped her face. She was gorgeous and she definitely knew how to seduce, and he was willingly letting her. He was planning to keep her entertained. Multiple times. And Alexi certainly had no objections to getting right into it. He smiled and closed the distance between them, pressing his lips against hers for the first time.

The allusion within Alexis’ statement made Isabella giggle. “I do have some things in mind…” she began, tone evidently teasing. “But wine is always nice to start. Please, open the bottle.” She looked down as he took her hand, the gesture making her smile softly. Despite the fact they were clearly going to fuck each other’s brains out that night, Isabella also liked how sweet and romantic Alexis acted, too. His admission that he’d been dying to kiss her earlier brought another giggle from Isabella, although it was a gentler laugh than before. “Yeah? Me too…” she murmured, leaning in towards him as she spoke. With their lips only inches apart, Isabella went up on her toes to close the height distance. A knowing smile crossed her lips, and as she lingered, she murmured, “So, what are you waiting for, handsome?”

More laughter tumbled from his lips. Holden didn’t peg Nina as the stalker type so it was sort of funny to think of her going back as far as she could into his timeline. However, he was more concerned by the lack of reaction or comment as he kept toying with the strings of her bikini. It seemed that he’d have to work harder to get something from her. “You’re giving me way too much credit here. Not that I’m minimizing my role in this but I doubt my point of view as an athlete makes me a fashion designer so yes, so could do most of it from anywhere in the world but I figured I should be around at least until we launch. As for hidden talents…” he trailed one index finger up her stomach until it reached her bra, but he didn’t stop there. He slipped underneath the fabric to tease her soft flesh. “I could show you a thing or two”.

Suspicion filled her brown eyes that watched him carefully, the way his hand tugged at her bottoms, the way his gaze raked over her frame. She didn't believe him right away, but there was no denying he had charm to him that left her taking his word this time. "That's a slippery slope into me stalking you on all your social media accounts, I think I'll pass." A joke, but she had to admit, it was tempting now. As if to seem unfazed by the delicate way his hands toyed with the thin strings, Nina turned her attention towards the ocean before shutting her eyes. "A soccer player and a fashion designer? Do you happen to have any other hidden talents? Or is that the end of your list?" She chuckled, her voice soft and light. "You're missing out. Can't you run a line from anywhere in the world? They have zoom meetings in Bali, I think you'll be able to get it done."

As far as he was concerned, the photoshoot had taken forever so now, he was glad to be inside with more fresh drinks available than in his wildest dreams. He’d made his speech, the newlyweds had their first dance and everyone had an excellent lunch. Everyone was happy, kids were running around and the dance floor was packed. It felt like the perfect time to sneak away but he really, really wanted to dance with his wife before.

"Am I an awful sister if I say no? We don't care." Maya asked with a laugh, truthfully, she would rather the chance to hide away for a few hours, the last couple of days had been a lot, the kind of busy she didn't exactly thrive in. She sighed as the car stopped, undoing her own seatbelt. "I was more worried about the lipstick transferring to your face, but thank you." She smiled, pressing a light kiss to his cheek before following Brian out of the car.

“Do I need to remind you I have a job to do?”, he retorted, the playful tone of his voice definitely obvious now. What was the use now that he’s been betrayed by his own body, right? A small smirk was gracing his lips now. She was good; even better than he thought because otherwise he would be elsewhere right now. “If only it was just kissing…”, he sighed. His grip on her ass tighter as she rolled her hips against his erection, effectively weakening his resolve. Desire was taking his body over. He could give in just once and then move on… but that was exactly what he told himself the night before. Here he was though, about to give in again but he was determined to make sure it would be the last time. Kevin dragged the pad of thumb across her bottom lip before pulling Juliette in for a brief kiss. “How about showing me what you can do with those pretty lips?”

"Well I don't want you being reasonable." she mumbled almost right away, shrugging when he spoke. A tiny smile crept on her lips when she felt his hands on her thighs, then on the curve of her ass. Juliette chuckled softly, innocently raising her shoulders when he told her he knew what she was doing. 'I have no idea what you're talking about, Kevin." She whispered when she leaned in, resting on top of him now with her hands lazily resting in his neck. "I just think you should stay, that's all - and it's probably to sunny outside to leave. Maybe it's best if you leave when it's dark again." Juliette was only teasing him now. She pressed her lips together at the feeling of his wood pressed against her body and she couldn't help but chuckle again. "And something tells me you don't want to leave either." the brunette pressed a soft kiss to his cheek before she just watched him for a moment. She let her hips roll against his cock, fingertips circling along his face. "I know you want to kiss me."

Kenny laughed heartily as Melody stormed off. He could only wonder what was going on in that pretty head of hers but he’d obviously gotten to her and it felt really good. There was very little doubt left as to her modus operandi now and he was undoubtedly going to use that against her. Kenny was proud of himself for responding differently than what she expected, proud of himself for remaining calm throughout her childish fit. It only took him a few seconds to make his decision, ditching the book on the couch to follow her. Since ignoring her had worked wonders, now it was time to tell her the truth she probably didn’t want to hear. “You’re one to talk”, he started, hands nonchalantly shoved into his pockets. “You’re insulting me and you think I’m going to run and fuck you the moment you ask for it?”

How dare he! Frustration, anger and even embarrassment swelled inside of her. God she hated him! And yet, apparently she was desperate for attention she was adamant she didn't want. It was a paradox, the feelings that swirled in her head and clouded her mind, and his smug, stupid words didn't help. Doing her best to keep the fume at bay, Melody remained silent, but her grip on the remote grew so tight she could easily pop the battery cover off. But no, instead, she flipped the channels for a few more clicks, until she realized that the annoyance he brought out of her wasn't anywhere close from dying down. So she stood up. Her fist clenching around the remote as she looked over at him, clawing that smug look off his face in her mind. "You're such a fucking bitch, Lopez!" Lifting her arm up, Melody chucked the remote at him, her frustration proving she is nothing if not a petulant child. He was getting to her and it was hell, and now all she could do was storm off, refusing to play witness to him having the upper hand, per usual.

Alberta’s happiness and bright attitude really were contagious. Danyal couldn’t help but laugh as they teased each other. He smiled into his glass and took a sip. It did bode well for their marriage and he loved that. He loved that she was keeping him on his toes and was for sure planning to keep her on her toes as well. His mischievous side was, after all, mostly reserved for her and he already had an idea to get started. The smile turned into a smirk as he set the glass down and buried his face in the crook of her neck. His intentions were quite clear as he pressed a sweet kiss to her neck. One hand found the opposite side of her face, cupping her cheek as he kept on peppering kisses along her skin, while the other crept underneath her dress. “Ever had sex in a limo?”

Danyal’s dazzling smile prompted a beam in return from Alberta. “How I’m going to love waking up to that smile every day,” she mused fondly, an almost triumphant laugh following. As Danyal told the driver to take them to the Plaza, Alberta rested her head on his shoulder. They talked fondly throughout the journey, and as they neared the hotel, Danyal reached forward to open the bottle of champagne. Alberta watched him with a knowing smile on her features. His quip about her knowing him a little too well made her giggle. “That’s not a bad thing. It keeps you on your toes,” she teased. Danyal’s subsequent remark about upping his game made her laugh again. “I like having a husband who goes above and beyond. Bodes well for our marriage, no? And besides, if you go above and beyond… then I do, too.” Winking as she finished, Alberta grinned at him. Accepting the glass of champagne, she lifted it up and toasted his. “To us,” she repeated. “I love you too.”
