what i use to make stickers:
silhouette cameo 4
epson ecotank printer
procreate, canva, & affinity designer for drawing/arranging stickers/making backgrounds
these cutting mats: "Nicapa StandardGrip Cutting Mat for Silhouette Portrait(8x12 inch 3 Mats) Standard Adhesive" it's a 3pk for $10 and they are fantastic!! very sticky though, so just a heads up.
online labels matte sticker paper
homsto matte vinyl sticker paper - best i have tried. koala was highly recommended, but my least favorite.
any holographic laminate i like. they all have performed similarly for me!
and some stickers i get professionally printed and i have always gone through stickerapp, they are wonderful to work with.
i have also heard great things about spooky stickers for printing.
