Season One Upgrade??

It looks like there will be some visual changes for the Amazon Prime release!

The "DICK?" sign has been redesigned, and the "building backdrop" above it now resembles what Imp City looks like later on (starting from ep7)

The "CONDEMNED" sign is more stylized, and the I.M.P. poster now matches the one in Sinsmas

The red glow from the portal has been toned way down (especially from the waist down on Blitz and Millie)

And in general, it's definitely a bit crisper!

Considering that Murder Family is 1080p and Sinsmas is 1440p on YouTube, I'm assuming most of the changes in definition and color depth are simply due to a resolution upgrade.

So cool that they're doing small edits that match how the style and quality have changed!

Stolitz Hoodie Updates~

For those that don't know I've been keeping track of the Stolitz hoodie ever since it released- and I came to share some news!

The Stolitz hoodie was actually the best selling item of the Hellaverse Hot Topic Pride merch drop, and was the first to reach 100 sales within two hours.

Here are screenshots I took from while I was keeping track of the Hot Topic sales- just so you know, Hot Topic runs in intervals of 48hrs, so it says that even if the listing has only been live for a few hrs.

Even more screenshots highlighting how fast the hoodie sold compared to other listings of the Pride merch drop.

Anyway, the hoodie sold so well that Morgana Ignis confirmed that more was being put on pre-order!

Within one day of being put on Hot Topic- all available sizes were sold out and could only be put on Preorder.

Last but not least~

The Stolitz hoodie sold so well internationally- that Hot Topic has placed an international ban on the purchasing of the pre-order, this includes Canada and Mexico.

Any international fans that want the hoodie now will have no choice, but to find a liaison from the United States that is willing to ship the item to you.

Stolitz Fanfic Recommendations

1. Effervescent Tides by HelluvaIolite (finished)

A mermaid AU where Stolas learns to unpack his classism and bias against Nymph-Imps through his close proximity to Blitz, captive of the Fae Goetia.

- SO. GOOD. Such a great examination of the class divide between these two idiots but heed the tags! Io’s fanfics are 18+.

2. A Calamus Storm by HelluvaIolite (finished)

After Blitz misuses the grimoire, he comes to Stolas’ palace for help, though a hurt and angry Stolas is less than inclined to help him.

- Still one of the best fanfics I’ve ever read. Blitz also bonds with a really cute plant from Stolas’ garden.

3. Devil By the Window by HelluvaIolite (finished)

Blitz saves Stolas from one of his carnivorous plants, and Stolas discovers that Blitz hooked up with Chaz.

-Angst. So much angst. In my heart, this one is canon.

4. The Book Without Stories by Drawn and Quoted (unfinished)

Stolas goes missing and is rescued, but the horrors only begin when he starts to heal.

-Dark as hell but worth every word.

5. Constellations by Drawn and Quoted (finished)

Octavia sends Blitz to check on Stolas after he overworks himself with the grimoire.

- Beautiful concept! Canon in my heart.
