Auf der Website von maskefürdich und deren map findet ihr die Angebote von Maskennäher*innen, weil eBay-kleinanzeigen & Co immer den Verkauf auf ihrer Seite verbieten. Es gibt auch regionale Facebookgruppen, z.B. in OWL, wo man nachfragen kann. Die meisten nähen für eine Spende. Ich bin auch auf beiden Plattformen aktiv und nähe da.

Möglichkeiten sich eine Behelfsmaske zu verschaffen

In vielen Bundesländern gibt es (bald) eine Maskenpflicht für bestimmte Bereiche des öffentlichen Lebens. Hier einige Ideen wie man an eine solche Behelfsmaske / Communitymaske herankommen kann.

Lokale Nähläden und Boutiquen

Viele privat-geführten Näh- und Kleidungsgeschäfte rüsten jetzt auf Masken um. Da kleine Läden seit Montag wieder geöffnet werden dürfen, ist das die schnellste Möglichkeit an eine Maske zu kommen. 

Vorteile: Wahrscheinlich bessere Verarbeitung als wenn selbst gemacht, daher wahrscheinlich robuster, Unterstützung von kleinen Läden, die es gerade finanziell sehr schwer haben, kein Equipment nötig, evtl. Auswahl an Farben und Mustern.

Nachteile: Kostet deutlich mehr als selbst nähen (habe soeben 10€ für eine simple Maske ausgegeben), man muss mit Menschen in Kontakt kommen, nicht jeder hat solche Läden in der Nähe

Selbst nähen

Vorteil: Man kann die Maske ganz genau an die eigene Gesichtsform und Geschmack anpassen, man kann schnell auch Masken für andere produzieren wenn man eh schon vor der Maschine sitzt und genügend Material da hat

Nachteil: Man braucht eine Nähmaschine und das Wissen wie man sie bedient, oder man näht sie von Hand, braucht aber auch das richtige Material und viel Geduld 

Selbst erstellen ohne Nähen

Nachteile: Maske kann schnell ausfranzen weil die Naht nicht umgeschlagen wird, Maske sitzt nicht so gut wie wenn genäht

Vorteile: Du brauchst nur eine Schere und ein altes T-Shirt (die Druckvorlage kann man auch von einem großen Bildschirm abpausen oder Freihand nachzeichnen). 

Online

Ihr könnt euch in lokalen Kaufen/Verkaufen Facebook-Gruppen oder auf Etsy umsehen, wenn ihr gar nicht aus dem Haus wollt/könnt und auch keine Möglichkeit habt die Masken selbst herzustellen.

Nachteile: Es dauert auf jeden Fall länger als alle anderen Methoden. Es ist auch gut möglich, dass die Händler und Privatpersonen, die solche Masken verkaufen vom Angebot total überrannt werden und ihr eure Maske erst in Wochen oder gar nicht bekommt. Außerdem ist Betrug nicht ausgeschlossen. Eine Maske kostet auch so um die 10€, zzgl. Versand, es ist also auf jeden Fall die teuerste Methode.

Vorteile: Kaum menschlicher Kontakt nötig, außer mit dem Postboten.

Wichtig ist, dass ihr eine Maske habt, die ihr nach jedem Tragen waschen könnt. Bei einer Einweg-Maske vom Zahnarzt ist das z.B. nicht der Fall. Auch muss man bedenken, dass diese Masken nur eingeschränkte Wirkung haben. Trotzdem ist sie besser als gar nichts.

@fleacircusdesigns wonderful Postmaster Poe has been joining me in my sewing room 😄 I sadly haven't really been out sightseeing myself recently, nor are there any interesting places close, so I decided to show Poe in his new home in Germany for #poe_spotting My sewing room really is a place I love because I had to wait a long time before I had my own little space to be creative in. Since I have moved to my new home, I have felt less limited by my environment and I feel like my mind is more free. It's a space of peace for me, even though it's nothing spectacular. Currently, I am preparing plushies for GalaCon, that's why theres a big WiP Autumn Blaze in the back, and Poe likes to help.
