we haven't gotten far in the campaign he's in, so I can't say much about him ): but as spoiler free as possible, some player character traits: - can only eat meat - double sanity drain around player character skeletons - no sanity drain around regular skeletons / tombstones - friendly mobs are hostile - cannot be poisoned - does not need a science machine or alchemy machine for advanced craftables

Continuing the Don't Starve AU because of Artblock, how could I not draw my good good boy Zvonimir?

he would be such a mix of challenge and easy as a player character: - can only eat plants - full insanity if he murders something - gets seeds from foragables - grows flowers - unaffected by the monsters in the dark - no sanity drain from ghosts/skeletons/tombstones - takes twice the damage from enlightenment monsters - doesn't lose sanity going through wormholes

I have artblock, so I spent the night thinking about what my dnd boys would be like in a don't starve AU. Calyx was the first to get the colorized treatment.

he'd be a horrible player character, a right challenge: - only eats plants - sanity drains for each tree you cut down - flowers grow in his hair in spring (attracts bees. both kinds.) - talks to things that aren't there (incorrectly guesses mobs) - doesn't suffer cold damage (he's nakey like 90% of the time)

I had to do a silly while @theterry was away during the beginning of Artfight. Loaf is his neato mushroom-druid (don't make me spell the other word, I haven't the braincells for it) and I am beyond fascinated by them. Loaf's scepter made my brain think about SailorMoon and it wouldn't let go of the idea til I drew this. He narrowly escaped a sailor scout outfit. narrowly.

This year for artfight, I'm apparently going after bards.

Anyway, this lovely creature's name is Pyn Drop and he belongs to LesbianBlast over on Artfight.

I am absolutely enamoured by bards who don't use their charisma for bedroom-activities, but instead end up as Rogue Lites. What's the point in all that personality if you can't professionally gaslight a stranger or two?

So I'm doing Artfight this year. I decided I wanted to try to go out of my comfort zone this year, and try some new things. First attack is for Mothiart who doesn't seem to have a Tumblr, but peep their art!

I'm still not fantabulous at armour, or horses, but it was a fun challenge!

the party was tasked with re-locating a particularly rotund psuedo dragon by the name of roderick, who had a penchant for sweets.

the monk was called to violence and learnt what the barb at the end of the little guy's tail was for.

calyx chose to offer the beast a treat from the bakery's store -- insisting the errant wizard who had lost the beastie in the first place would pay for it. what's the point in being pretty if you aren't going to use it to your advantage?

painted some ethically sourced parking lot rocks the housemates were weirdly delighted by a random strawberry rock "mysteriously" showing up in the garden. be the whimsy you want to see in the world.

several sessions ago, calyx got interrogated like an oblivion npc by a fellow party member. he didn't take kindly to it.

i wanted to try colouring calyx's hair traditionally. this is a wip as i'm not certain how i feel about the panels preceeding this interaction.
