I don’t think people know how many bear sightings there are in New Jersey especially in the suburbs.

And Wayne Manor is woodsy area in a New Jersey suburb. It wouldn’t be unreasonable for some bears to wander in sometimes.

So it very likely for the Batfam to just walk upon a random bear

Hello, this topic has been stuck in my head for the last 15 hours so now I’m sharing it with all of you.

We are also including what type of Haki each bat would be the best with because why not.

{For those who don’t know, Haki are three powers that are controlled by will. There are 2 types that anyone can learn: observation, which makes you see very very good, and armament, which lets you wrap yourself and objects in invisible armor). Then a special type call conquerors that lets you exert your willpower over others.}

First, the fruits that any the family could do well/fit with just in general because they are the batfamily. The reasons why are pretty self explanatory

Mane-mane no mi/ clone-clone fruit= It can change you into a perfect copy of a person

Fuku-fuku no mi/ Garb-garb fruit= Let’s you create clothes and accessories with stones and leaves by just thinking about them

Yami-yami no mi/dark-dark fruit= The power to create and control darkness.

Suke-suke no mi/clear-clear fruit= the power to turn yourself, others, and objects invisible.

Moku-moku no mi/ plume-plume fruit and Gasu-gasu no mi/gas-gas fruit= This one will need some explaining. The plume fruit giver the user the ability to turn themselves into smoke. The gas fruit is the same thing but instead of just smoke, you can turn into any gas you want. I’m putting them together because I think they be used very similarity. You can get into anywhere basically as long as it not airtight. The gas fruit could be helpful with any villain that uses gas-type weapons, and in Gotham that a lot. Also, imagine the bats making a fog and then slowly forming themselves in the smoke, it would be so cool.

Now we can start on individual members, starting with Damian. In the post above I said that the power they gave Damian made me think of the ope-ope no mi/op-op fruit, which is not a great one-to-one comparison. It was just the first thing to pop into my brain. It does give you switch teleportation, but it does so much more than that. The fruit is kind of hard to explain so I’m just going to quote the wiki.

 “grants the power to conjure a spherical space or "ROOM" wherein the user can manipulate the orientation, movements, and physical configuration of anything and anyone (including themselves) in a "surgical" fashion,”

Now, why did I say that Damian can cause too much chaos with this fruit because LETS YOU TAKE THE STILL LIVING HEART OUT OF A PERSON AND THE PERSON IS STAY ALIVE YOU NOW JUST OWN THEIR HEART. IT CAN TAKE MULTIPLE PEOPLE SOULS/MINDS AND PUT THEM IN DIFFERENT BODIES. THE FIRST TIME WE SAW IT IN ACTION IT DID THIS. 

I love Damian, he is my favorite bat and my son but he is a little shit(affectionately) and I’m not giving him that much power.                                   

So what would I give him? First I thought something to do with art, so the Ato-Ato no mi/art-art fruit or the Fude-fude no mi/brush-brush fruit. That didn’t feel right though, his art had never been part of his fighting. Then I thought what about animals, we can give him the kibi-kibi no mi(that for some reason doesn’t have an English name) but I don’t think he wants animals to trust him because he fed them a dumpling from his cheek. The tori-tori no mi/bird-bird fruit model falcon would be good for him. Then it hit me, the supa-supa no mi/dice-dice fruit which gives the ability to transform any part of your body into blades. You can’t take away his sword if he is the sword. 

For Haki, I think Damian is too young to know what he best at but he does know both with showing signs of conquerors.

Next is Dick. The post said gravity powers but then described a move that would be coved by another fruit. For gravity, you have the zushi-zushi no mi that lets you create and manipulate gravitational forces. You can’t use it on yourself or at least we haven’t seen it used like that. If you want to float you go to Fuwa-fuwa no mi/Float-float fruit that gives you telekinesis but you can use it on yourself. If you wanted to do the move that was in the post your best bet would be the kiro-kiro no mi/kilo-kilo fruit. It gives the user the power to change their weight from 1 to 10000 kilograms. In the manga, the holder of the fruit uses an umbrella to lift her ultra-light body into the air then makes herself heavier to slam down on her opponent.

All these fruits would be great for Dick but what I like for him the best is tori-tori no mi/bird-bird fruit model phoenix. It lets you change yourself into a big beautiful blue bird with blue fire and gives you healing powers.

I’m also trowing in this fruit because I’m mean the mero-mero no mi/love-love fruit. It gives the user the power to turn anyone who is sexually attracted to them into stone.

Dick’s best Haki would be conquerors and I’m giving him the will of D because it feels right.

I don’t know if you read One Piece but when I was reading your Batfam powers list and got to Damian all I thought about was the ope-ope no mi and how that is to dangerous for him to have he cause to much chaos. 

And then I went down a weird rabbit hole of figuring out which devil fruits you were accidentally describing and the best ones for the for each member. So if you do read/watch one piece what devil fruit would you give the bats

I am aware of One Piece, but I've never read or watched it because my roommate slash bestie always picks the worst ways to try and pitch stuff I should read/watch. If I had known that there were these similarities you were describing, I might have been all over that by now!

So sadly, I can not speak to the similarities between my post and One Piece, nor do I know what devil fruit I would give each of the Bats or even what that means, but now I am intrigued!
