Pina Colada Cocktail

This recipe is for the ladies. It is appealing and sweet, and perfect for a Sunday afternoon at the pool.

Ingredients:

75ml coconut rum (like Malibu)

50ml coconut milk

75ml fresh pineapple juice

25ml coconut syrup (or sugar syrup)

Method:

Place all ingredients into a blender with crushed ice and blend until you have a smooth consistency. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
