is there a name for when videogames have like. dialogue sounds for characters that arent voices but kinda function as voices. undertale/deltarune are the obvious examples but im also thinkin like. the instrument sounds in dont starve or the animalese in animal crossing. i dont know what its called but it delights me every time.

I was sucking on a round lollipop and there was a huge air bubble inside that inevitably eroded into a sharp edge, and I figured out that I apparently cut my tongue on it—in two places!—after seeing a glob of bloody saliva caught inside the air pocket.

FINALLY got around to dumping Spotify after their CEO continued to prove he's a fresh turd. (As if being a billionaire, not paying musicians, shoving AI garbage at us, and having an atrocious carbon footprint wasn't bad enough, he's now the chair of a AI-based weapons manufacturing company.)

I used TuneMyMusic ($24 annual fee you can cancel immediately, effectively paying only once) to transfer almost every single song from our Spotify account to Tidal. Tidal already has much better sound quality and they pay their artists much better. It migrated over 99% of our music, too, so there wasn't a huge loss.

very thin slice of butter (don’t need a lot)

spoonful of honey (more or less)

3 spoonfuls of sugar (hate bitterness, also almond milk is less sweet)

and cinnamon/nutmeg to taste (a little goes a long way, don’t overdo it )
