What’s everyone’s New Year goals? I try and always have a list of goals to keep me motivated. It’s ever changing and ever growing. I recommend to try writing your goals down no matter how small or big or crazy to you they might seem. Write new goals every day or week. Which ones stick around after a while? Which ones do you accomplish? Which ones do you push past? Remember you can achieve anything if you believe in yourself enough and always push for new boundaries. Shot day! Everyday I wake up and look in the mirror and see progress. I could wake up and see the negatives, the things that don’t feel like me, or let the dysphoria override my truth. When negativity keeps knocking at my door I just keep my focus set to my goals and turn the other way. It’s hard sometimes to take daily bad moments for what they are, just a moment. They aren’t the entire day they aren’t a whole week and they aren’t even a month or a year. They are one single moment. Even if one day has multiple bad moments just remember for each bad moment there’s an opportunity to focus on the next positive moment and push towards it. Let’s make this a positive day, a positive week, a positive year, a positive life. If you don’t let the negativity in, it won’t have a place to stay. Keep fighting the negative. Keep laughing. Keep learning. Keep loving.
