day nine

So today i felt like playing around with css animation. I wanted to get a better understanding on how to use them and to feel more comfortable with the x and y axis, I know it sounds basic but I havent done any math in several years so yeah bear with me !

day eight ?

I don’t remember what day I’m supposed to be on but let’s say eight because I want to go to bed !

I worked on another website for a project but I knew I wouldn’t finish on time and I didn’t want to show nothing so here is a transform cheat sheet!

I totally understand now why the woman who did this challenge didn’t work do it at home but actually went to and office she was renting.

Hmm I had a down recently so I didn’t post BUT rest assured I did code I just used more than one day for a website and I’m still not satisfied so I’m not going to post it and I had another one where I couldn’t used php because of Github so I won’t post it either ! 

They are both on Github obviously and are still tagged as the days I started them on but I don’t feel like posting them on here nor adding them to my index page. 

Anyways all that to say that the challenge is going to last longer because I still want to do 100 websites !

day five

Omg I actually did something myself and sort of understood stuff in Js today !! 

I did what I was supposed to yesterday : a clock ! Well i’ts 3 clocks actually because I sort of followed a tutorial (I did myself first then looked up correction) and I felt that I didn’t work enough so I add a difficult managing time zone and god was that annoying.

Although it’s not as interactive as my last website I really like it because it’s something important to me and my family.

day four

Okay I didn’t finish this project at 4am so that’s a win ! And that’ because I had a huge breakthrough : I finally found a way to center stuff horizontally AND vertically !

Why is there clock in the url when I just said it was music related ? Very simple I wanted to do a clock because I found a website with project ideas to train in Js but then I saw this thing and I just had to recreate it !! 

I did it all by myself first then looked at the html to correct myself and that’s how i got the css breakthrough. 

Then I followed along with Js because again I’m shit and never have any idea on where to start.

day three

Alright so I’m finally done with day three and I chose to do something simple that was supposed to take 2h hours max but it took me a thousand years because I’m so shit at javascript.

It’s not exactly what I wanted to do but I prefered to produce something than just give up and do nothing. 

The first obstacle was managing to make the animation follow the timing I wanted (4s/7s/8s) and then (the part I didn’t manage) was to sync text to appear at certain time of the animation. So I settled for one line the whole time.

Anyways, see you tomorrow (yes I’m going to pretend like people are actually reading this lol)!

Day 2 : Personality Quiz

Today, what took me the longest was actually deciding what to do ! I had absolutely no idea then I got one but it was just dumb lol.

Like the title says it’s a personality test but it’s the most random thing. I added a google translate button to share it with my family (I’m French) but the it’s not very good so i’ll have to look into that. 

I’ve also become obsessed with making stuff glow when the cursor hover over it. I’m pretty sure i’ll find some way to add it everywhere.

Hey !

I’m doing this challenge where I create a website everyday for 100 days to get better at coding because right now I have the basics down but I suck ass. Anyway I’m also supposed to blog everyday about said website but I forgot to do it yesterday so here it is now :

It’s a simple front page where I’ll add the links to all the website I’ll make.  It took way too long because the gradient just refused to do the default thing it’s supposed to do ! 

But anyway I made it and I kind of like the result, it’s all soft and cute.
