This 1860 church in Philadelphia, PA is gigantic. I thought it was divided into condos, but apparently, it's a single family home with 2 loft apts. for rent, plus a main studio that rents for $1400 day. I think that the current owner can't handle it anymore, so it's for sale for $3.5M, but it has a long way to go before it's finished. 4bds, 6ba.
The entrance hall is pretty nice. Original stairs and inner doors.
The main living area is huge.
There's a kitchen back here, but it seems like just one side of this room is more than enough space for a main living area.
Next to the kitchen they have a dining area. So, they were off to a pretty good start.
But, then there's all this space on the other side. I think that maybe behind the portable wall is the studio that rents by the day.
And, look at this- I'm sure that this could be magnificent, but can you imagine what it would cost to heat this place?
Up here, they have a pool room. The stained glass windows are amazing.
And, here is an extremely large bathroom. Note the weird place they chose to put the tub. There's a shower back there, too.
A row of 3 sinks. The doors are beautiful. Look at the gothic shape.
There's also a bedroom up here with stairs to, maybe a loft. They don't show what's up there.
Look at this child's room. What a collection.
So, this is a big shower.
A big empty space.
Maybe this is the loft apt. for rent.
Unusual kitchen.
1/2 bath.
Full bath.
Seriously, this building is so big, it needs a developer to make it into condos or apts. We didn't even see the whole thing- they don't show the 2nd loft apt.
Here's a patio.
I guess you can pull cars in here, too.
9,279 sq ft lot which is mostly taken up by the building, not much land.
