Theres something so different and special about the energy! In literature and movies, rain symbolizes the climax of the plot and it often preceeds the resolution of the conflict. Can't wait to get to the point where I can hold this enough to play with variations! Today I decided I'm going to do this shit! I struggle with knee pain due to chondromalacia patella or hyperflexible knees. My doctor told me I need to cross train with "real exercise". Made me so sad, cuz the last thing I want to do is scale back my yoga practice! If anything I want to increase it! This ongoing knee stuff makes me practice in fear a lot of the time. Has kept me from going for teacher training. I just refuse to believe yoga is not the answer. I bet theres a way to continue my practice pain free, without torturing myself in a gym or taking meds. Modern medicine doesn't have all the answers. June teacher training @theyogajoint I'm coming for you!
