It actually arrived before I took my trip back to Missouri (where I picked up a vintage pair of women's sunglasses and TWO American Tourister hard-shell suitcases in pristine condition). Cookie Dough Truffles
I'm making these today! However, I don't have the right amount of Baker's chocolate left, so I'll have to save the leftover dough for later. I also just took the rest of my lemon cookies out of the oven, and my red velvet cookie mix is on the counter thawing out. I'm turning the red velvet into a cookie cake in my new circular cake pan. I've already prepped it with cooking spray and cocoa powder. I just wish it was soft already!
