How do I know if my sibling is going insane?

We got a new computer yesterday, but none of the chargers we have at home can charge it(the computer has 2 holes for this btw), so my sibling went to the store and bought a charger for the second hole.

TURNS OUT, IT DIDN'T FIT(it was supposed to, it was the charger we needed), AND NOW THEY ARE GOING INSANE ON THE LIVING ROOM, MAKING ANGRY, SAD, INSANE NOISES AS HE TRIES TO UNDERSTAND, WHY THE CHARGER ISN'T
