Have the right to go to jail if you don't pay for support however your counterpart receives funding and assistance.

Have the right to speak about these issue and when you do. everytime it definitely somegow stomps or detracts on your counter parts issues.

Let me tell you why your getting it wrong and your upset with how it's going so far...

You cannot expect someone to have responsibility without Authority.

The home, the domain, the structure, the place of duty, the level of influence.

This all comes with repercussions, consequences, drawbacks, negatives, results etc..

How can you effectly govern a pyramid structure (hierarchy), if you have zero level of authority. Or before you make decisions you must consults those in the chain.

For us, we don't consult our children children on what type of private school they will attend. We don't consult them on what diet they will eat daily. We don't consult them on the type of Clothing they will wear to be presentable and represent our house hold.

Sometimes if you make a good decision on someone, take a step back. If they have the abilities you have trust and faith in, then allow that person some room. Allow them to show you how they can do it. Have faith and breath life into them. They are human but overall maybe they can do it if they have you behind them boosting they're prowess and confidence.

And like always have a fantastic day. And just remember not everybody can win but you can if you decide to.
