At the very least there should be a mandatory last season to give us closure. That should be in every Netflix contract.
I cant believe they already canceled The Lady's Companion. Netflix should be banned from making multi-series shows. Just make limited series if you can't appreciate a story through anything except numbers. Can't take the risk? Then just make limited series and stop ruining everyone else's fun.

So sad that Netflix cancelled The Lady’s Companion and after just one season. (That’s why I get angry with creators who get many seasons greenlighted and they still choose not to end their show when they had said)
The reason is supposed to be because it’s too expensive to produce period series. Meanwhile, there are other period series who have been green-lighted till season 6 or 7. Not gonna mention their name because I don’t want my post to be mistaken as hate towards them.
The Lady’s Companion has a special sense of humor, it’s fast paced. In my opinion it’s worth watching even if there were a couple of things left open.

Wait, what?
Am I understanding this correctly? Are they actually saying that the kickstarter money wouldn’t be enough?

Ps. Who chose that background color? 🙉 And I would had thought they would have more urgency in starting the fundraising

I bet it's unpopular opinion, but... Older Ezran, wth did they do to him? From the King of Katolis to the king of the thieves of the cursed caldera? 🙈

Going through the comments from the fandom about the announcement of the Dragon King kickstarter I've noticed there are people who are mistaken about one thing or two. First, this announcement is not a confirmation that the new series are going to happen. The fandom will need to donate enough money for that to happen. And it's not a one-final-season project. Aaron has clearly said that while it will be a stand alone series for new fans, it will be a third arc for Dragon Prince fans. And if I remember correctly he plans 3 seasons for this arc. (Let's see if by the end of it he doesn't change his mind and wants to add a 4th arc to end the saga😅)
The other thing is that people think Netflix canceled the show. That is not correct at all. Back in July 24th 2020 Aaron announced that Netflix had greenlit the whole saga. Here's a link to a short video where we can see that: The Dragon Prince Saga Announcement.
Remember how everyone was so happy about getting confirmation for not one but 4 more seasons? We were beyond ecstatic.
Anyways, Netflix did greenlit the seasons Wonderstorm had said needed to end the complete story. Back then, among many tweets, the official Dragon Prince twitter account reposted an article that talked about the confirmation of the saga:

Since it was reposted by the official account, then it's no unconfirmed gossip. It's official, correct information. Here's a screenshot of the article:

And among all that there it is: "their seven-season plan for The Dragon Prince". Seven seasons plan. Seven, not ten.

This second screenshot is from an article from back in 2019, which apparently was still the plan in 2020.
My point with all this: Netflix played fair. They greenlit 7 seasons and 7 seasons they gave us. Wonderstorm could had sticked to their initial plan of 7 seasons, but they chose not and now the story is at risk of being left incomplete. It is their fault, not Netflix's (for a change). Below I'm leaving a link to the article I'm talking about. In that article you can find a link to the other one from 2019.

I didn’t know what to expect of this series, but now that I finished watching it, I loved it!
Can’t wait for season 2 ❤️

And it seems like Netflix won’t greenlight and the only way of continuing it is through financial support from the fandom.
I repeat what I said a long time ago. What was Aaron thinking? It had already been a miracle Netflix had greenlighted 7 seasons. After season 3 he had said the series would end in season 7. They added a lot of filler episodes. They could and should had ended in season 7.

The style of the new Avatar series reminds me of She-ra and the princesses of power. Have they sold the license to that studio?

A few days ago I came across a post about the powers that Ladybug was going to have but that we didn’t get to see in canon. At the end of the post the OP said they couldn’t found images for Chat Noir. I thought I had saved the post in my drafts for later but it’s not there (my fabulous wi-fi must have failed before it got saved). Anyways, I still wanted to share these images from the Ladybug Artbook.
Black Storm looks like it was going to be one awesome power. Kinda reminds me of what Chat Blanc did.
About the expressions sheet. I like Adrien’s design in canon, but I love the 2D style.
As for the last image. I like the concept of Chat wearing that kind of beanie 😊 And no bell. I don’t like how the bell looks, sorry 😅

Earlier today I saw a tweet by Variety about Noah Schnapp reflecting on his coming out. The comments, oh my goodness. What’s wrong with people??
There were people calling him a Zionist, others a g3nocide enthusiast. When did he say he supported the k1lling of people? He’s not that kind of person. In this link he specifically said (and I quote):
“I, like others, want peace for both Palestinians and Israelis. Let’s stop the rhetoric and choosing sides”.
About the Zionist claim. According to the Cambridge dictionary a Zionist is:
“someone who belongs to or supports a political movement that had as its original aim the creation of a country for Jewish people, and that now supports the state of Israel”.
Originally it aimed the creation of a country for Jewish people. A. It doesn’t say that it supports the k1lling of people. And B, that’s the past. It clearly says it now is about supporting Israel. He’s Jewish! Of course he’s gonna support the country of his culture, background, heritage. Name it as you want. Usually people supports their own country!
And supporting your country is not the same as supporting violence. It means you stand by your people, again, your culture and beliefs.
If there’s a video of him explicitly saying he supports mvrder, then please by all means correct me.
Right now I just see people who are keen on hating others. And something should be done to accounts putting words on other people’s mouths.
