I've noticed that there is this very small plothole in HoO cause How did people who got revived by doors of death were able to speak english??

Like for monsters you could explain it with magic or mist but mortals?? For example Madea or Midas both of them were alive thousands of years before our era. So based on that I have theory:

Gaea has mostly awekened after the battle of New York so why has she waited so long as 6 months to try and strike the Gods? For sure she must have spend that time by preparing her new subordinats by teaching them English.

It is the only logical explanation that i can think of also I'm quite pround of how Gaea's design turnt out■|:^

Anyway, I got really back into the Percy Jackson series recently, especially Trails of Apollo, especially said Apollo. And now I've got too many thoughts and fic ideas about the said disaster of a man, if you want to know how bad it is I've gone through to page 238 of his general tab on Ao3, I only got to around 110 for the Magnus Archives so you know this is bad.

So like, I have many fics I want to write, but also many ideas I want to shout to the void before I attempt to actually fill in the gap in between the 'cool moments' and 'cool concepts' that's taking up my brain ram rn.

Fic Idea : Kids vent sings about their godly parents, summons godly parent trying to be better

As the kids finish singing the campfire song, one Lester Papadopoulos crash lands on a table.

Basically Apollo as he hung off the edge just above Chaos gets sent back in time to the beginning of the Lightning Thief, specifically as the kids are singing about their godly parents ala 'The Campfire Song' from the musical.

As the song ends, suddenly, a beaten up teenager falls from outta nowhere on to a table.

So tldr, Apollo time travel fix it fic :3

Including Apollo being a camper, more cabin 7 (especially Lee and Michael), brotherly bonding, glow sticks, Lester somehow becoming a older brother figure to Percy, Apollo interacting with himself and prophercies~

This is inspired by a bunch of different time travel fics I've read, like 'The scroll of Clio' by Cuppa_noodle on ao3 [https://archiveofourown.org/works/62716696/chapters/160555606] and the 'rachel elizabeth dare falls into another dimension' series by melimarron [https://archiveofourown.org/series/3917758] (huh, two rachel focused fics, interesting). Honestly I love the concept of time travel fix its, and I love Apollo trying to do better, and before I realised it I've hashed out a whole outline...

I've currently planned it somewhere into the beginning of Titan's Curse, with the Lightning Thief mostly completely hashed out. A lot of scenes of Apollo interacting with the camp and it's inhabitants that I'm very excited to write :3!

I don't think I'll deviate from the plot too far (yet?), so Percy and co's journey won't be effected but I do intend to take it to a different place, eventually...

This is honestly the main fic I've been chipping away at, so expect to actually read it in the foreseeable future! Truly, I haven't written a fic like this since highschool so I'm pretty excited hehehe
