Pawr'l - An ancient Yautja, he is considered a master who helps weaker warriors by allowing and enabling them to climb the social hierarchy.

One day, he was checking how his group had fared on a hunt. There, he notices a family that is extremely poor and plagued by violence. He kills a man who, under the influence of alcohol, murdered his wife. In the corner of the room, he hears the cry of a baby.

Pawr'l will be redesigned because I don't really like it.

a quick sketch!!

Some warriors must hunt Xenomorphs. Some must survive a blood duel. But Xar’tuuk? He got two Earth girls. And they call him… Tukie.

It’s called the Hunting Trial - an ancient Yautja rite in which a warrior must protect a pair of fragile humans for one full Earth year.

The rules are simple: Don’t let them die. Don’t let them kill each other. Don’t let them blow up anything sacred.

It’s meant to teach patience, discipline, and strategic thinking.

Xar’tuuk expected a challenge. What he got was Magnus and Jelly - two walking catastrophes in cute clothes.

Xar’tuuk was a warrior. He trained for war. He trained for glory.

But he didn’t train for this.

Imma be honest, I'm dying to know the other yautjas reactions when cousin came home with Shepherd..lmao were they pissed?? Also just fyi, I love your world building and ocs so much!

I'm actually back and forth over whether Cousin actually takes Shepard back to Yautja Prime at all. He stays with her on Earth and traveling around at least in the aftermath of the Reaper War. He does make returns to Yautja Prime occasionally, visiting his clan and dealing with political and personal things, but whether he takes Shepard is questionable.

Keep in mind that Cousin leaving and taking some of the Datlokh to aid the rest of the galaxy to fight in the war was a thing of violent debate when brought up to the other Yautja. In that situation, they were pissed, haha.

While he eventually won back his honor and privilege by hunting and taking down what was essentially a God of Death, and Shepard is seen as a warrior to be respected, that doesn't necessarily mean that they would want her to know the location of their homeworld, or that other Yautja are guaranteed to show her much respect beyond not-killing her. Of course, that would vary amongst individuals, but it's a bit up in the air.

Masurao, now a recent mother, is still on treatment on the Normandy with @crispy-ghee ‘s crew, and while everyone is instructed to give mom and pup a WIDE berth, people tend to believe there’s more wiggle room than there really is. When Baran-de squirms out of mom’s sight and gets into things he shouldn’t, a crewmember yanks the pup away, causing him to cry out in pain. Maternal instincts kick in HARD and Masurao goes on a rampage in the ship to get her pup back, targeting anyone she sees as a threat.

Exploration concept of Kirileg, leader of @crispy-ghee's Ki'dto tribe. They are swamp dwellers and specialize in ambushes and poisons.

The Ki'dto yautja's tresses are average in length, usually no longer past the shoulders. The length of Kirileg's tresses is as such because they are mostly not her own natural ones, but extensions added after taken from fallen enemies. The length of this collection means she is a formidable warrior and poison master!

The bright coloration of the Ki'dto are half natural, half enhanced by the poisons they concoct and ingest themselves. Much like flamingos' pink colors from eating a special kind of shrimp, the Ki'dto maintain their bright colorations as they continuously ingest their own poisons. The brighter the colors, the more deadly the poisons they carry.

Assume anything pointy or sharp on them is laced with poison. Same with any food or drink they offer.

The skulls on her headdress are not from enemies, but from past Leaders. Ancestors commune with the living and the living with their ancestors. Kirileg carries with her the wisdom of their past leaders and will 'speak' with them often.
