I really hate myself, like why did I have to be born with an incurable disease and then later on in life get another one? Am I really that bad of a person? Or is it one of those "God gives his strongest warriors the hardest path.".

Then, I'm all alone with two friends who have their own lives and I just chill in my room trying to make it through the day without thinking too much until they get home so I can talk to them. I've tried to make friends but that's impossible because I'm terrified to talk to people and I have anxiety and autism which doesn't help at all.

I just really hate myself
