Spent the last two weeks working alongside some incredible people here at our Take Action #Camp in Bethany Ontario. Visiting the Kung Fu School in #Shaolin was amazing. It was a two way street, the students taught us some Kung Fu skills and our youth had a chance to teach some English in return. I never set out on my #bike ride because I thought it would be easy, I knew it would be incredibly difficult.
