To me, it's like a time capsule. It's like a theme and like a time and a place that kind of just moves along with the people who were kind of, like, the pioneers of it, like, so all the Tumblr kids and all these whatever. They'll, like, argue, they'll be like, Azealia Banks didn't invent Seapunk, she didn't invent Seapunk. And, you know, while I may not have invented it, I definitely, like, am kind of the face of Seapunk. You know what I mean?

I have finally completed this project, it has taken me a while and I am quite happy with the result, the audiobook is on my YouTube channel. The instrumental was produced by @apolloandthealiens and perfectly matches the tropical desires that I relate in that book.

I definitely plan to write more poetry books but for now I hope you enjoy this one!

Bueno ¿Qué decir? estoy como extasiado desde anoche en que lo hicimos publico en Bandcamp para que nuestra reina Ninette lo escuchara. Tengo tanto para decir de este EP que ni siquiera sé que decir. Sé que en @acidfactory hemos estado trabajando desde 2018 en proyectos que al final siempre posponemos por diferentes motivos, pero ninguno de ellos había alcanzado lo que este proyecto. Es decir, antes trabajabamos con instrumentos de internet y ni siquiera producía bien, pero al bajarme un programa profesional para hacer digno nuestro album ‘’Motherboard’’ (el cual ¡Sorpresa! también fue pospuesto JAJAJAJAJA) dije ‘’necesito liberar un proyecto de calidad como siempre lo desee’’. Se acercaba el día de la amistad en Argentina y no pude evitar pensar en que ‘’Les Dives’’ (mi grupo de BFFs) merecía una canción, así que cree el instrumental hyperpop del track, luego lo discutí con @medusadick hasta concordar en que debíamos hacer más. No solo una canción, un Ep, y en conjunto, desde Acid Factory. Siempre se nos complicó decidir un buen debut para nuestra banda pero este proyecto fue la mejor elección. Fue tan divertido de hacer, me he divertido experimentando en el programa construyendo esas canciones tan raras, he reído con Tears a más no dar mientras escribíamos las songs, incluso hemos sentido mucha nostalgia de aquellos momentos y hasta entristecidos por situaciones actuales. Ni hablar del diseño gráfico y todo el arte tras este trabajo. Hoy estoy muy feliz de liberarlo aunque aún solo lo haya escuchado Ninette JAJAJAJA y todo lo que me llevo de este EP es pura felicidad, alegría, orgullo. Espero que todo el mundo lo escuche, lo disfrute, se ría y se divierta con él tanto como nosotros.

In a few days I will be uploading the audiobook to my YouTube, SoundCloud and Bandcamp account so they can listen to it for free!

In my country it is not summer (in fact it is winter), however, I have been preparing vintage visuals for my audiobook of my poetry book "Tropical Desires" for so long that the ideal would be to complete the project. One night I started writing a poem (which was not included in the book lol) and suddenly I felt that passion for writing in verses, poetry is read almost singing to me, it is so magical... So later I decided to continue writing, then I realized that what I was writing was a body of conceptual project, as if suddenly everything written had a common thread. It is that this is my poetry book, my first book of poetry presents a fantasy a summer wish that many of us have, that many of us go through, that many of us desire. The poetry collection consists of 10 romantic and tragic poems that occur on an island during the 50s, it is the first time that I write something about love without feeling stupid, so I show a different facet of myself in this project. I am still in the ''Malibu'' era so I will do my best to convey to you my vision of a perfect and melodramatically romantic summer.
