Ok so sims 2 is no longer playable on my 17 year old laptop. The game itself is fine but the graphic driver/memory is so ancient it now malfunctions every 5 seconds no exaggeration.

I always thought once that happened that would’ve been it for sims for me but in my heart I want to keep playing.

Because I haven't been in the market for a compatible computer since 2008 I need some help. What kind of specs should I look for when shopping for a new laptop?

Last song(s): Dependency by Kosheen. Album wise, I've been revisiting Fleetwood Mac, and Utopia by Bjork (after seeing Cornucopia, more on that later).

Favourite colour: Vibrant reds with an orange tint as the constant. But I also like warm yellows, coral pink, seafoam green and really, a lot of other colours.

Currently watching: I just finished Overcompensating and Adolescence, am hate-watching And Just Like That, all things Drag Race of course, and am up to date on Hacks.

Last movie: Cornucopia by Bjork. Two hours of absolute bliss.

Currently reading: Nothing at the moment. :(

Sweet, spicy, or savoury: My dietary requirement is food. All of the above with equal gusto thank you.

Relationship: Single but working towards.

Current obsession: It's low-key my TS2 story progression legacy. SP is not without its shortcomings, but it's fun to see maximum output with minimum input.

Last googled: "my tv remote has stopped working." The tv is barely one year old. -_-

Currently working on: For the first time in a looooong time, I don't have any non-gameplay simming projects on the go, which is kind of liberating. In the back of my mind though, I'd secretly enjoy being part of a community build-a-hood project that actually gets off the ground. Any takers?
