Please start with basic manners of saying "i am sorry", "thank you", "please'". Before u use those excuseable manners of "oh i am blocked, i should respect boundaries" Yes you should respect boundaries, but apologising for your mistakes don't make u cross the boundaries. It makes you human. These generations have so many excuses just so they could keep their ego high and make it seem like "yay i have the upper hand" SO damn childish!
