It was you 😭 I didn’t even notice I just saw that it was complete and clicked on it. The thing is is that I’ve read it MULTIPLE times before and it just completely slipped my mind XD

I’ve just gotten the worst news of my life.

Family friends of mine- people I consider the closest ever in my life are running the risk of being deported. Their children are my oldest friends I’ve know them for a near decade now and they just might being without their mother and father simply because they are from Honduras. It’s a big possibility that my own parents will take legal guardianship of them if this does happen. What’s worse is that my parents VOTED for this. They voted trump into office and I cannot help but blame them because they knew. My parents knew that if trump got into office there would be mass deportation but they dumbly thought it wouldn’t affect them but it did. I told them this, that regardless on what aspects they voted trump for- they still helped put him into office and made this possible.

The horrible part about this is that I can’t even talk to A and S (my friends) about this- I cannot directly talk to them about this at all and I feel disgusted that I cannot. Their parents might be torn from them because of what my parents help put into office- and gods above if I was voting age I would’ve voted blue. I cannot offer them solace or share their anger I have to watch from the sides as the closest people to me are falling apart.

This is happening to so many other families as well, innocent people being deported and thus taken forcefully from their families, all because they are “immigrants”. Little history lesson MAGA, you are immigrants as well. The only American born are the native Americans and guess what we did to them? Colonized their land under our “god given right.” We have no right to deport when we too are immigrants on this land, and I know that these people will never understand because of the privilege they have of being born here. It does not matter.

I am ill with this.

No because alien stage has genuinely destroyed me and karma??? No. BACK UP. Ivan loved till so much, his heart was so large and full that he thought the only way to get till to know was to destroy it (aka sacrificing himself) and even then his eyes are closed in the karma mv so he can’t see till’s confusion. I really do believe that ivantill was a slow burn without enough time, because till would’ve loved Ivan back if they had the time to talk about each others feeling which because alnst is alnst- they obviously did not have the time.

Oh but the mizi/ivan kid is so cuteness i love them already. A kid with the eyes of the man he cared for deeply, and his little fang too!

Should I put all my info I have on my MLB OC from my notes app?.. it’s all over the place tbh and I got my mom passed down her phone to me and like this idiot I am I didn’t back it up properly so some of the notes just. Aren’t there 😭

And the thing is, I wrote everything about him LAST YEAR. Like January of last year and I touched it every now and then but I didn’t really memorize his info so some parts are just lost. “Why is it like that though?” I had a HORRIBLE habit of putting different pieces of his lore and information in completely different notes because I had no organization on that app at all. And yeah I lost a good chunk of information of my own creations BUT ITS FINE!! They needed improvement anyway lmao.

I have had this festival idea in my head for a while for my OC’s and I’m at a loss for a name lmao. I’ll explain it rn so I’d very much appreciate if anyone had ideas on what to call it :3

OH some preface btw is that my OC’s are twins called yin and yang and the something they do remember from the village part is because they ran away! If you’re interested in their lore you can let me know and I’ll maybe post about them :p (this was written in my notes app btw so idk if the format is different)

Something the twins do remember from the village was that once a year they would have this sort of sheer fabric put over their heads along with select young boys and girls- and yang would find out it was a sort of watered down tradition meant to bring/keep beauty. The color and type of fabric represented who was held in more higher favor, white being the highest color paired with it being the less sheer as it is meant to preserve beauty. Green was the most sheer meant to bring in beauty.

It’s actually well celebrated in the kingdom but with more complexity and subdivisions. For example matte fabrics are brought it, but they don’t cover the face as it’s meant to help the wearer find a friend- which is obviously most common in children. Red matte is meant to bring a lover, more common in teenagers, though it becomes sheer if the wearer is above the age of 40. Green matte is to keep wealth and green sheer it to bring it in. White symbolism is still the same, but matte representing upcoming or recent marriage. Blue matte is to bring fertility, blue sheer to protect the child during pregnancy. Yellow matte is to bring in joy, yellow sheer to have the ability to give it to others. Purple matte is to bring in creativity, purple sheer is to bring motivation.

It’s a whole thing of color represents something, the matte version of colors is meant to protect or keep a certain thing, and since you can’t see through it it has to be worn as a sort of veil so the gods can see the person and acknowledge what they are asking for. Sheer is pretty much the opposite, which is worn over the face so it can be brought in full without judgement- but the person can still “see” it happen.

Again, English isn’t my first language so if anything here doesn’t make sense, isn’t grammatically correct- PLEASE CORRECT ME �� or if it parts are contradictory also please let me know.

I really like the concept of gimmi, because they are this combination of all that is and all that never will be siting in this different plane of existence that only the guardians know about. The miraculous, specifically the kwami’s themselves represent different aspects of reality- which all tie back to gimmi being the kwami of reality and universe (was it something else? I’ll rewatch the episode again), and I find that really cool. Plus the whole thing with tiki and plagg having to combine so you can see gimmi and talk to them at all is so nuclear since tikki is the kwami of creation, hence everything that is and ever will be, and plagg is the kwami of destruction, everything that isn’t or ever wouldn’t be.

Gimmi is a very abstract concept in itself because it’s contradictory in its own existence. If it’s everything that ever will be but also everything that never will be, it’d have to exist across the multiple universes that.. exist- which is magically impossible. Despite that, gimmi still exists and is able to alter the universe, all of which comes with a price.

Using the analogy gimmi used in the actual show. If one were to wish that beans were red, strawberries would have to turn green. This is all to keep the balance of the universe, as the laws of physics dictate that matter cannot be destroyed and gimmi needs to abide by that to keep a certain universe from collapse.

I’m relatively new to posting on tumblr, but I’ve interacted to a few posts now and then lolz. English isn’t my first language so I rely HEAVILY on autocorrect in hopes my point comes across 😭.

I sort of write? I don’t do full length fics even though I’d like to do it one day (ao3 curse is breathing me down as I write this) but I mostly do mini rewrites of my interests or prompts to said fics I’ll never actually write. Who knows maybe I’ll post some of these prompts that have been sitting in my notes app for a good year. Also I do all of this from my phone so that’s another reason why I just. Don’t write. The format is so odd 😭
