hello, all! i hope you’re having a lovely winter! as a little combo celebration for the end of my first semester at college, christmas/new year’s/winter break in general, re-opening requests on this blog, and the anniversary of the first fic i posted here (dec. 19, 2020), i thought a sleepover was in order!

Minor Season 13 Flux Spoilers - Doctor Who

So I’ve noticed a couple of well known Doctor Who creatures have had a bit of a revamp this season, I just wanted to ask you all which you preferred 2005 remake onwards or the season 13 flux version.

2005 to 2020 2021 Flux

Personally, I am more of a fan of the originals but that could simply be because they hold a special place in my heart. Although I will admit, the new Sontarons look relatively cool.

Ok you want gossip? My stepsibling came out as trans and it’s killing me that I can’t roll up and be like hey guess what dad you actually got two of us, not just one, and be her cool enby big sibling without revealing that I faked my death a few years ago and actually just moved away. So I just have to sit here six towns over and hope she figures it out eventually. Luckily she’s smarter than our dad so like. Totally possible. Our other sister already did. I didn’t do a very good job of it according to her.

HI EVERYONE!

Okay so I’m sure many of you have forgotten my existence as I have been mostly dead to this site for some time. However, for anyone who may have remembered me, I am back, and I thought I’d do a little update. For anyone who doesn’t want to read, feel free to ignore this, it’s mostly a ramble.

(Please do not read this if you find pain, operations, or hospitals triggering. I won’t go into detail but I will briefly mention things)

Okay! I’ve been suffering from chronic migraines from a very young age. After some testing that showed nothing we decided they were probably anxiety induced, however, over the years they have gotten progressively worse. I reached a point where I was getting a severe headache every day. I was getting little to no work done and wasn’t able to function. I’ve been switching between medications for twoish years now, they have not helped.

I went to the optometrist for a usual checkup because I am lowkey blind (reading in the dark yknow). Turns out my optic nerves were swollen, so from there I saw an ophthalmologist, I ended up getting an MRI, and then I had to get a lumbar puncture and a blood test. Long story short: worst day of my life (I’m trypanophobic)

I was later told I had a cerebro-spinal fluid pressure of 42. Fun fact: that could have killed me, or I could have gone blind, so that’s fun!Anyway, it’s been drained, I’m on more drugs and I’m still getting headaches and have been handed off to other doctors. What can I say? Life’s a bitch.

Since I am now done with hell- sorry- classes now, I can simply roam on tumblr and pretend the real world does not exist.

Hi all! I know I just announced my return, but unfortunately I have just discovered that I may have Papilledema which explains a lot of my migraines. I’m going to take some more time off until I can hopefully get the problem fixed.

Did you miss me?

HELLO, long time, no reblogs. Some of you may have noticed, some may have not, but regardless, I’ve been AWOL for some time now. I thought I’d give a little update for anyone who may be interested.

Short version: I’m slowly returning

Life’s been real crazy lately, ‘twas my birthday not too long ago, been dealing with family issues, studying and chronic migraines and of course like everyone else here (possibly) I am living in the lovely year of 2021.

Anyway, basically I’ve had very little free time and that free time I have been spending blasting Straykids and drawing.

Anyway, I apologise for the long post, I will be returning gradually. I have my notifications on again so if you message me or tag me in anything I’ll see it!

I have a few updates to do in the next few days incuding possibly modifying my blog theme and a couple posts that have been sitting in my drafts so idk, if you’re interested that should be out soon (maybe today idk, I’m not gonna plan anything if I do it I do it, sorry)
