I always say, “Stand in your truth and that is where you’ll find your strength.” It’s important to not fall into negative behaviors when there is a shift. Some shifts are good ones but it’s the ones that make us uncomfortable, the ones that go against what we thought or was accustomed to that can cause damage if we are not focused on the positive. It’s easy to go still due to shock or go in the direction of self destructive behavior when you find out what you thought was...ISN’T. But it’s imperative that we learn to healthily accept truth, embrace it and move forward. I don’t ever trip when a truth is exposed because I don’t fold.
