{Welcome to my rp request! A non-fandom idea inspired by a few fandoms! First some story info then the rest ^^}

CLASSIFIED REPORT – ARC-17 DO NOT DISTRIBUTE

The fear of nuclear war once gripped the world, driving a clandestine military faction to engineer a bioweapon one designed to silently neutralize threats and impose control. The virus did not comply. Instead, it mutated, warping its hosts into mindless predators, faster, stronger, and insatiable. Nations crumbled in weeks. In desperation, governments turned to nuclear fire, sacrificing entire regions.

Survivors fled underground, into what’s called Arcadia Projects s(A.P.) shelters within earth to outlast wars above. Generations have since lived and died beneath the earth, their world reduced to corridors of steel and artificial skies. What remains beyond the sealed doors is unknown.No eyes have seen what the world has become. Arcadia is all that is left.

And it is enough. Clean water, stable air, soft beds. Entertainment, commerce, routine. A controlled, structured existence. To rebuild above is madness, to exchange a paradise for ruin. The old world is dead. Everyone knows that.

But peace is not all that, and greed is simply within human nature. Nothing is enough and within the shelters, the search for a cure has led to far more horrors than what happened many years ago.

Our story begins within A.P. Mount Gloria a fortress build within a mountain. Here, everyone has a role. Everyone contributes. Because in Arcadia, "You work to earn, you earn to live, and to live we survive."

For years, life has been good. Our OCs have carved out their place within the system and it's a good life. Shop whenever you want and go out to eat when you please. Not bad indeed. But stability is a fragile thing. When the outbreak begins, A.P. Gloria crumbles in secret.

Where did it come from? Not from the wastelands above as some will claim. Not from the ruins of the old world.

It was born here, in the heart of Arcadia Gloria itself.

If you thought the world ended on September 26, 2025, you were wrong. The true collapse began in March 19, 2198 driven as always by humanity's own insatiable greed. And now, those who saw, those who witnessed the fall, must make an impossible choice. To survive, they must do what no one has dared since that day in September over a decade ago.

They must go outside.

Here, you'll find a little bit about me, as well as what I'm looking for in a writing partner. If you've stumbled upon one of my story ideas, I’ve likely directed you here to ensure we're on the same page before diving in.

Darla: ❁ I’m a 20 year old, she/her ❁ I live somewhere in the Europe but write with people all over the world. ❁ I prefer to write with fellow women and gender-diverse folks, as that’s where I feel most comfortable creatively. Nothing personal against cis men, I just know what works best for me in a writing partnership! ❁ Spring and Summer are my favorite seasons ❁ English isn’t my first language. ❁I love talking beyond just writing! I enjoy making character playlists, sharing TikToks, and finding inspiration on Pinterest. I’m also an active board maker, it helps me bring characters to life. Violence and NSFW rules: ❁ nsfw around 30% of the story. Don’t like it to be the plot point. ❁ no dead dove stuff/cnc stuff ect ❁ love some horror description-wise but don’t like gore like the terrifier or just random violence all the time.
