Marissa the Great tried to kill me again today - it was arms today.... my nemesis!!!! Not sure what "hurts" worse, my biceps or my shoulders! 😬 I love giving her a hard time but I'm so happy she is my trainer. She is SO sweet and encouraging (even when I want to throat punch her for saying "you got it, you got it" "don't stop" 😂😂) Seriously though if anyone is looking for some good, personalized training go see Marissa at North Cypress Fitness in Hammond. After 3 full days of some moderate pain, and applying Thieves to the gums & vitaflex points on my feet as well as Copaiba & Panaway to the jawline, I am thrilled to say that today my pain level has reduced to mild discomfort and the swelling is down significantly! I have tried to remain faithful that God's natural healing methods would help me and I'm so happy I have. I really hate taking medication and I'm so grateful to have found safe, natural alternatives to Rx drugs.
